Dr. Peter O.Stoltzis a lifelong resident of South Carolina. Dr. Stoltz received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina. He then went on to the Medical University of South Carolina to complete his degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Stoltz is a member of the American Dental Associationand the South Carolina Dental Association. Together with Dr. Brooke M. Stoltz, the West Columbia office was established in 1987 and evolved into Three Fountains Family Dental, Inc. He enjoys Carolina Gamecock football, boating and snow skiing with his wife Dr. Brooke M. Stoltz, their 4 children and friends.
Dr. Brooke M. Stoltz is a native of South Carolina but was raised in Florida. She received her Associatesin Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Armstrong State College in Savannah, Ga. Wanting to further her education she moved to Charleston, SC and earned her Bachelor of Science from Medical University of South Carolina. After teaching dental hygiene and receiving her Masters in Health Science from Medical University of South Carolina, she decided to attend dental school. Dr. Stoltz received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is a member of the American Dental Associationand the South Carolina Dental Association. She enjoys working with children and teaching them about dental care. Together with Dr. Peter Stoltz they have 4 children, she keeps very busy with the childrens many activities.

Amanda is one of the first contacts you will have with our office. From your first phone call to that first visit, you will always be greeted with a warm and happy smile. Amanda has been in the dental field for many years and is very knowledgeable about dental insurance. She is very happy to answer any of your questions that may come up before, during, or after treatment. She is originally from Northern Virginia and moved to South Carolina in 2005. Amanda has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She is married and has 3 boys. Her hobbies include cooking, reading and camping.
Madeline received her Bachelors of Dental Hygiene at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She is committed to providing quality oral care for her patients while having an enjoyable experience. Madeline is married and in her spare time she enjoys reading, planning dinner parties with friends and traveling the world.

I went here yesterday for the first time and it was the worst dental experience ever !!! Dr Stoltz sucks he doesn't make you feel comfortable and is very judgmental I went to go get a chipped tooth repair and came back out with just an exam no repair didn't even felt comfortable with him touching me definitely wont be back !

Dr.Stoltz, Madeline, and Amanda that works up front are amazing. Was sick and had to reschedule appointment 3 times, very patient and understanding. Appointments were able to be moved around and rescheduled without headache. Highly recommend this dentist office.

Until now, I have always been fearful of the dentist due to previous bad experiences. Three Fountains Family Dental has completely changed my perspective. Dr. Stoltz went above and beyond to help me on short notice and fixed my tooth that broke. I can honestly say this was the first time I had a totally painless dental procedure. It is now clear to me that my previous dentists were not getting me all the way numb. I feel very comfortable going to Dr. Stoltz for my dental care and would highly recommend him!

My pregnant sister was treated very poorly. The dentist was extremely rude when telling her what they can do with her tooth. When she asked if she could get a cleaning done, his reply was "nope." She won't be returning. Unacceptable.

I was seen almost immediately even though I was early. Staff was great, helpful and courteous. I'm sure they wanted to give me heck. As I had neglected my oral health.

My experience was not good at this place. The women (staff) at the front desk were nice, but that doctor was very racist with a nonchalant attitude and he did not hide it. I went to get an extraction done to my wisdom tooth and it was not successful. He barely numbed my mouth, then try and call hisself pulling my tooth. I still felt the pain when he was pulling and yelled out. He got an attitude and tried to be funny saying "Now i know you've had teeth pulled before". Um yes I have, but not like this sir. I got up left, and went elsewhere, where I was treated like a decent human being. If you're black do not go to this man. He is horrible.
