Jewell has been a practicing Dental Hygienist for 30 years. Her dental experience has been in general dentistry, a periodontal office and in working as a clinical hygiene instructor. In college, she was honored to receive the Hu Friedy Golden Scaler award. Jewell enjoys meeting people and in providing dental education along with quality dental care. Jewell was born on her favorite holiday: The Fourth of July! She and her husband have three daughters and one son and are enjoying the lifestyle of being empty nesters!

Taylor is an awesome addition to the Three Fountains Family. She has many years of dental knowledge, and has been doing Dental Hygiene after graduating from Fortis College here in Salt Lake. She loves meeting all the patients here and educating them on their oral health. Our patients would say she is a very gentle but thorough hygienist. When not at work Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband Skyler and dog Macc. She also enjoys camping, going to the sand dunes and her most favorite place is Lake Powell.

Jenni graduated from a dental assisting school here in Salt Lake. We are lucky to have found her and quickly fell in love with her kind personality and attention to detail. Jenni is able to accommodate our Spanish speaking patients. When not in the office you can most likely find Jenni somewhere outdoors with her boyfriend Zak and her pups. She is a great artist and has been able to integrate that with the dental field.

Mary was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She grew up in a sports family: football, baseball and basketball. She graduated from Olympus High School as a proud Titan and married her high school sweetheart! Because of the love for football, she and her husband enjoy their season tickets to the U of U football games. She has three daughters and two grandchildren which are the joy of her life. She loves to travel with her family and to take motorcycle road trips with her husband. She has worked in this office for 38 years, both at the front desk and as a dental assistant. She enjoys the many friends she has become acquainted with sharing the stories of their lives and families.

Cassy loves working in the dental field because of all the different peoples lives she gets to see change through their smiles. Her favorite part of her job is getting to hear patients' stories and hear them laugh. Cassy is the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly at Three Fountains Dentistry and does an excellent job. With over 14 years of dental experience she has spent time in other dental positions including a dental assistant. She moved to Salt Lake City in 2008 with her husband Shane and her five children. Together they enjoy going to the sand dunes and camping with friends and family.

Lola is our front desk assistant and our insurance cord. Lola moved here from Miami but is from Venezuela. You may or may not see her at your visits because she is hard at work dealing with insurance companies getting claims covered. When Lola isn't at work she is enjoying her time with her husband Fred and daughter Isa. If you get the chance to see Lola be sure to say hello so she can put the face to each claim.

Hola, mi nombre es Fefa. Soy de Venezuela. Vivi 6 aos en Miami y despus con mi familia nos vinimos a Utah para cambiar un poco. Soy muy familiar, me encanta experimentar el mundo. Mi signo es Leo. Me gusta!

Fefa is from Venezuela. She moved to Miami when she was 14 years old. Then, with her family settled in Utah. She loves exploring the world. Fefa is so outgoing and a pleasure to have in our office. Fefa speaks Spanish and loves engaging with all our patients.

Dr. Cannon is a Utah native, growing up in Salt Lake City. He attended Skyline High School and the University of Utah. He obtained his dental degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then practiced dentistry in Colorado followed by Kentucky. After living away for 13 years with school and practicing dentistry out of state, Dr. Cannon and his family are thrilled to be back where they grew up, surrounded by their extended family and friends. They are excited to again enjoy Utahs amazing opportunities for outdoor adventures.

Dr. Cannon and his wife, Debra, also from Utah together are raising 4 wonderful children. He is a sports and outdoor enthusiast, especially enjoying football and golf. His family enjoys camping, hiking and exploring Utah.

Dr. Johansen has lived in Salt Lake City for most of his life. He attended Skyline High School where he played football and rugby. He then attended the University of Utah where he got his Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish. He is fluent in Spanish. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Utah where he was able to meet and learn from many incredible local doctors in the area. Dr. Johansen is passionate about dentistry and especially enjoys helping others.

He has been on various dental humanitarian trips to the Dominican Republic to treat underserved populations. Apart from dentistry, he enjoys taking his dog on hikes, skiing, mountain biking and golfing, and is always up for an adventure.
