Honestly..this place was amazing. My little one was so excited to go to the dentist for the first time, but when we got there of course she got scared and shy. Sara showed her all the instruments she was going to use and talked to her the whole time about sugar bugs and made her feel really comfortable. I was so surprised when she actually got a full cleaning in! The office is so much fun, themed as a rocket ship and there's games and prizes. We left with a new toothbrush, balloons, a new shirt, a prize, other dentist goodies, and a clean mouth! Dr. Elka is very upbeat and happy and fast. She was so quick and got everything looked at and examined in less than 5 minutes. My little one didn't even have time to fuss. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. It was the best first experience I could have possibly imagined for my toddler. I will always come back here and refer this dentist to anyone I know or anyone who asks. Thank you very much Sara and Dr. Elka for making our first visit a memorable and easy one.

We did have an unpleasant experience last week, but thankfully the office has contacted us and is trying to resolve the situation. Daisy, the office manger, was very helpful and understanding.

The dentist and hygienist who saw my 2 year old for his first appointment were both very kind and adept at making the experience positive. My mediocre review is mainly due to the cost and the misleading information given to me by the office staff regarding the cost. I called up this office to inquire about the cost of a dental cleaning/check up for my toddler as I was researching different dental offices for his first visit. The person on the phone told me it would be $75. I thought that was reasonable so I made an appointment. However when I went to pay after his visit, it was $135, almost double what I was quoted! The staff need to be trained to better inform potential patients about the possible and likely range of a visit as clearly this was way off base. I also had to wait for 30 min to be called in even though I arrived on time. I was not informed that there was a long wait when I checked in which would have been good to know since I had a newborn with me and my toddler.

They did an amazing job with my son!! My son is not an easy patient by all means. He is very nervous but they treated him well!! Thank you so much.

They are awesome! They are always great with my son (and with me and my anxiety). My 4 year old son can be a handful, but they are able to work with him so that he listens and gets his cleaning and exam! My son loves getting a balloon and a prize after each visit! I highly recommend them!

Thousand Oaks dental was recommended to us by our other military friends. They have always been so nice and caring toward our kiddos. My son had some significant concerns with his mouth and not only did Dr.Raza listen and valid my worries but also made me feel confident in his ability to help and care for my little guy. I would hands down recommend 1000Oaks Children's Dental Group to anyone.

Dr. Reza He is the Best, so Respectful, and really good Dentists his team are very friendly, I took my two daughters for 10 or more years, he told me I can bring them any time after they turn 18 years old, he helps my daughter with her anxiety and Healthy teeth. He is one of the Best, we missed him so much!
