Our dental office nestles in the quaint hamlet of Thornwood in Central Westchester County, NY. Just a short drive away from the White Plains area, we are conveniently located near Pleasantville, Chappaqua, and Armonk.
Dr. Vito Racanelli grew up in Valhalla, NY. He graduated from Westlake HS and Fordham University undergraduate. He decided that dentistry was his calling. He pursued his dental degree at NYU College of Dentistry where he received certificates and awards for general and pediatric dentistry. After gaining some valuable experience, he opened his own office in Thornwood where he has been serving the community for more than 30 years.
Dr. Racanelli is a firm believer in supporting local schools and the Chamber of Commerce. A member of the American Dental Association and the Ninth District Dental Society, the doctor is passionate about his profession. He continues his education to provide his patients with the latest and greatest dental care. In his spare time, Dr. Racanelli enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and efficient. The hygienist is wonderful, does great work. Dr. Racanelli is professional and proficient. Mary (front desk) great personality, does what she can to work with your schedule and has the office running on time or very close to. I'm so happy someone recommended this office to me.

I am not a big fan of dentists but from The moment I called the office, I felt very comfortable. Mary was very sweet and quick to help any way she can. Dr. Rancanelli was kind, patient, gentle and really enjoys his work. He took his time to make sure my cracked filling was fixed properly and I was very calm throughout the procedure. I already booked my kids for a cleaning and will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Dr. Vito and his staff make it as easy as possible to see the dentist. Stacey alway does a fantastic job with the cleaning's and unfortunately Dr. Vito usually finds something to fix, and voila no more mouth pain for me. Simply the best.

The dental practice is well run and its staff are professional, friendly and easy to interact with. The teeth cleanings are extremely thorough, and other necessary work is done professionally in a caring manner, while ensuring the outcome is to the patients comfort. I would recommend.

I went to this office because my dentist was on vacation. I got an appointment right away. Everyone was so accommodating. Dr Racanelli and his assistant could not have been nicer. The office is spotless and my experience was painless....thank you for being someone I can count on.
