Been going there for the last 5 months or so. The first appointment they had to reschedule because the didn't have a Dr.. after that seemed OK cleanings etc. New appointments were made for ortho for the teens. One of them already has braces. I was called 7 minutes prior to the appointment and asked the reschedule for an emergency. I said ok but I would reschedule elsewhere. They took the kids in For the appointment, at that time. I told her I was sending them with my niece who is 22 and she can discuss treatment plans with her. They treated 2 of the kids and made recommendations. The 3rd child who needed her braces tightened they refused to treat her even though she was there with an adult that I designated. I raise 6 kids 4 that are my sisters kids. I am one person.. I sent a responsible adult with them and they failed me.. Needless to say I'm taking my kids elsewhere.. Martinez/ Carrion/ Avila kids..

Love this place, Dr Mun Choi is so gentle and good at what he does, never felt a thing I got my wisdom teeth removed and other intense work, he is an artist. Got an implant from Dr Tasos he is amazing and has a really positive calming energy. Felt comfortable and respected every time I went here no anxiety or stress. Definetly lucky I found this place.

Love this place, Dr Mun Choi is so gentle and good at what he does, never felt a thing I got my wisdom teeth removed and other intense work, he is an artist. Got an implant from Dr Tasos he is amazing and has a really positive calming energy. Felt comfortable and respected every time I went here no anxiety or stress. Definetly lucky I found this place.

I have been going here for several years usually never any issues although I have started to notice turn over in dentists which is concerning. No one wants to see a new dentist every time. Most recently I had some work done back on August 29th for which they told me my cost after insurance was $200 and if it ended up being less they would reimburse me. I received a notice from my insurance that I should only pay $150 so I called them. They said they had to wait for the check from my insurance. I told them my insurance issued a check on the 13th of September today is the 25th they then inform me that they have to wait for the owner to come in and open the mail next Monday because it's their money. Really? No one in the office can open the mail but the owner? It is not their money. The money belongs to the business and right now the business owes me a reimbursement. It seems to me like it is a very inefficient business model/billing system. I guess we should hope that the owner never goes on vacation otherwise everyone (both patients and employees) will have to wait to get paid or in this instance reimbursed when overcharged.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 19 years. I haven't experienced any pain during this time but about a year ago I started thinking about how I really need to get in for an exam, cleaning and so on. I had a lot of tartar build up and likely thought I'd have cavities. I also don't have dental insurance. I scheduled a visit and they got me in right away for a consultation and exam and offered me a $39 special. The hygienist and doctor explained that my teeth were in great shape considering the time away from a dentist and told me I'd need a good cleaning and some cavities filled. They scheduled me for a few weeks later for the cleaning and called me an hour later to see if I could take a spot that had opened up. I did so and was pretty nervous about the cleaning. The hygienist made me feel very comfortable and was very kind, considerate and did a great job cleaning my teeth. She had some funny jokes and treated me like a friend. She didn't rush me and provided plenty of bottled water. I'm a smoker so my throat can often get dried out and since they numbed up my entire mouth, it caused slight panic for me as I sometimes felt I couldn't swallow easily. They didn't give me a hard time about the poor choices I've made and simply did their job. For not having insurance it was affordable for me and they also are affiliated with some programs that help you save on cost. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of all the staff and I highly recommend. Plus they're only a stones throw from house so I just walked over. Oh, and if you've never had La Tortugas, stop by and get a Torta after a nice cleaning. It's right next door and very good. I recommend the Nortena.

My partner is very particular about dentists and doctors. Our old dentist retired, so we chose this place because it was the closest to our home. He really likes it so far. The staff is helpful and polite and he likes the dentist he sees here. They have payment plans which have been very helpful and the doctor has worked with him in regards to his teeth. Doesn't force his opinion on him and respects his wants, but is also upfront and tells him the reality of his situation. Our wait the first time was quite long, about an hour after his appointment, but subsequent appointments haven't had that wait.

My partner is very particular about dentists and doctors. Our old dentist retired, so we chose this place because it was the closest to our home. He really likes it so far. The staff is helpful and polite and he likes the dentist he sees here. They have payment plans which have been very helpful and the doctor has worked with him in regards to his teeth. Doesn't force his opinion on him and respects his wants, but is also upfront and tells him the reality of his situation. Our wait the first time was quite long, about an hour after his appointment, but subsequent appointments haven't had that wait.

I called this office when I had an emergency and they were able to get me in the same day, even though I had never been there before. Cynthia is always polite and attentive at the front desk and Dr. Riggs always makes sure that I am comfortable and well cared for. I have taken my son here and would recommend this office to family and friends.
