My wife and I have been going to Dr. Thompson for 5 years. Very friendly and professional staff ! Well run organization. I have never had to sit in waiting room more than 3-4 minutes before I was seen, as they are excellent at scheduling patients and value your time.

Dr. Thompson and his staff are fabulous. Everyone is friendly, scheduling is easy, and his office is very nice. I have been seeing Dr. Thompson for several years, as well as my husband and my older parents.

Dr. Thompson and all of his staff are absolutely wonderful! I was not a current patient of this practice but had an emergency over Christmas (cracked and broken molar). I called and they squeezed me in immediately, first thing in the morning on the day after Christmas, took great care of me, and fixed my tooth and put a crown on. I went home feeling pain-free and able to eat and drink normal again. I am so grateful to Dr. Thompson and his team for putting me at ease and providing such excellent and compassionate care!

This is the one to go to. No nonsense full service dentist who uses plain talk about complicated matters. He will find a solution to fit you needs. I've been seeing him every six months for 15 years. The best I could find in the area. Even if you traditionally hate dentists, his manner is so reassuring and sweet - the worries just melt away.

I've been a patient of Dr. Thompson's practice for over 10 years and can't picture myself going anywhere else. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, personable and helpful in ensuring you schedule your appointments in a timely manner, and the dental hygienists all do an exceptional job!

We have been there for both routine and special care, and have been so happy with the expert dental care as well as with the easy friendliness of everyone in the office. As always, Dr. Thompson's office is a calm, relaxing environment. I've been going to him for close to 20 years, as well as my son. He has his dogs in the office - they are always sweet and friendly. Sandy who manages the front desk, scheduling, billing, etc. is awesome and on top of things. Deb my current hygienist is always a pleasure to have work on my teeth. I've since moved to MD, but still go to Vienna to have my teeth cleaned and cared for!

We drive over 1.5 hours to Dr. Thompson and his staff and have done this for over 10 years. They are the best!

One really can't find a better place to maintain a healthy smile. Honestly. The staff are incredibly thoughtful, skilled and accommodating. The use of technology makes crowns a one-time, in-and-out visit without the multi-day time interval between filing down and having your crown put in place that so many think is the norm. (And, no more odd, temporary teeth that make one look like Chucky, if you know what I mean.) Dr. Thompson is most adept at matching technology with diagnostics and with treatment. Of course, I can't leave out the two lovely doggies who quietly doze, sometimes awakening for a pat on the head or treats from particularly thoughtful clients. It's one big happy family. All joking aside, this is a state-of-the-art dental practice with wonderful staff. You will never go back to your previous practice again once you've been to Dr. Thompson's.

Dr. Thompson has been my dentist for more than twenty five years and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Dr. Thompson is gentle and laid back. His office staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite thing is his two quiet dogs who mostly sleep in the back but may also nap in the waiting area. They enjoy a pat on the head if you are so inclined, but also are happy to ignore you.
