Update, since Dr Shaub has left us the jury was out for the new staff including Dr Thompson. However, Dr Thompson has been amazing. I miss Dr Shaub but Dr Thompson has made the transition smooth. She is kind, helpful, gentle, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Her hygienist was very comforting and friendly and even gave me a pair of earrings one day because she thought they looked like I would like them, how thoughtful! Dr Thompson even fixed a problem tooth for me even though it wasn't what I was there for at that time. I think she goes above and beyond to take care of her patients! She even fixed a chip in my front tooth that I'd had for years that an older dentist tried to fix many years ago but made it worse. I've had no problems with it since and now I feel more confident with my smile. Original review: I would recommend Dr. Shaub to anyone for kids, or adults. He is kind, gentle and honest and always has a great smile. He cares enough about you to inquire about your family and I really appreciate that. The hygenists are friendly and thorough. Natalie, at the front desk is amazing as well. I love that this is a family business and they are willing to take the time to make sure you are comfortable and well cared for!

Dr. Lisa Thompson is the best dentist I've seen in my 37 years! She is so kind and personable and always willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe (can you say dental anxiety?!)

Dr Thompson and her staff were amazing today. It was the first of a few appts to repair broken teeth from a bad fall. Her asst. Alex had me in stitches..he kept me busy while she worked on patients, he took my blood pressure... twice... and just made me feel super comfy and that's not easy to do this last month. I have the utmost respect for her and her new office! I didnt even feel the shot go in.

Wanted to find a new dental practice that takes Covid protocols seriously and makes cleanliness a priority. I found the perfect spot; they have installed upgraded air filtration systems. In addition, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The dental hygienist, Suzie, was wonderful as was Dr. Thompson, and the front desk staff was also terrific. I was given some tips to help with receding gums and sensitivity and Suzie used great care to avoid those sensitive areas. They're located in a convenient midtown location and they communicated before and after my appointment via texts and emails, with online forms that made everything a breeze. What else can I say? This is a great dental office!

Great experience today at Thompson Family Dentistry. Suzie did a great job cleaning my teeth, and I didn't have any sensitivity. Staff was all friendly and welcoming. Dr. Thompson was very thorough, and even noticed that one of my teeth is shifting, and she came up with a plan to keep it from drifting any further. I'm so excited about keeping one of my front teeth where it belongs.

This was my first experience at Thompson Family Dentistry and from the moment I walked into the office to my way out it was the best experience I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this team to care for anyones' dental needs!

I started going because a coworker was having a grinding issue and TFD was able to help. I'm glad I did. After 50 years, I've found a dentist that I look forward to going to. I'm a bit forgetful when it comes to medical appointments they seem to have found the right balance of notification and tech to get me to my appointments with friendly reminders. The staff is super personable and engaging. The office is clean and well-appointed with a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Thompson was great and offered recommendations but didn't push for anything specific. I'm now a loyal patron.

The experience we had with Thompson Family Dentistry was amazing! From the warm welcome at the front office, the assistant and finally Dr. Thompson. The overall experience was top notch with clean environment warm friendly atmosphere and state of the art equipment. I truly would recommend them to friends and family.
