Highly disappointed with the way the front staff treats their customers! The dr is very nice and amazing at his job however his staff mainly billing staff are inconsiderate and ignorant towards the customers wishes!!! Unfortunately due to this billing staffs ignorance we will not be returning!! Everyone at the front that I have encountered were very rude and high disrespectful. I was harassed daily with both phones and texts and my appointments for my adult daughter we're going to be canceled if my underaged sons account was pd in full. Then they snuck her before she was seen bill in on my underaged sons bill when I finally was able to call at my earliest convenience!!!! They are scammers beware!!!!

I have a phobia when it comes to dental work. This entire staff were welcoming, kind, calming, and great at explaining everything. Dr. Thompson has a calming vibe and he is honest about options. I will be going back.

What can I say about the best Dentist ever? I strongly recommend this dentistry practice to all. I can say this because I'm 74 years old, with 32 years in the Navy, and 21 more years of federal service, with a history of many dentist throughout this country and the world. Thompson family dentistry is simply the best ever.
