Dr. Thompson and his dental team are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality care available along with outstanding customer service. We believe that the patients at ourMuskego, WI,practicedeserve to be well-informed to make wise decisions regarding their dental care and health, which ultimately affects their overall health.
Dr. Thompson began practice in Muskego in July 2003. As technology is improving dental care, he is committed to continuing education and lifelong learning for himself and his dental team. They are members of The Milwaukee Study Club, which is affiliated with the prestigious Seattle Study Club. The Milwaukee Study Club strives to raise the expertise of it members and ultimately, the level of dental care in the community.
Dr. Thompson completed his DDS at the University of Iowa, which included training abroad for a year in Denmark. While in Europe, he was influenced by the multi-disciplining approach to dentistry including periodontics, orthodontics, implantology and prosthetics. The multi-disciplining approach is central to the Seattle Study Club's philosophy of comprehensive treatment planning.
Dr. Thompson's community interests involve being a member of Kiwanis, Lions Club, Moose Lodge and is on the Board of Directors for the Muskego Chamber of Commerce. Dental leadership is important to Dr. Thompson and he is a past president for the Waukesha County Dental Society.
In addition to Dr. Thompson's professional responsibilities, he enjoys kite boarding, mountain biking, snowboarding and all water sports. He is an avid supporter of The Muskego Waterbugs and enjoys sponsoring a Muskego Athletic Association baseball team.
Linda (Office Manager/Financial Coordinator) has been in dentistry for 25 years and enjoys helping the office run smoothly. Also, she delights in working with patients to help them make treatment affordable.
Connie(Hygienist Coordinator) has worked in dentistry for 26 years (19 in our office). Our patients are like family to her. Her responsibilities include the scheduling of new patients and coordinating the hygiene schedule.
Jessie (Registered Dental Hygienist) graduated from dental hygiene school in 1997. Improving the overall health of her patients through education and a comprehensive approach to dental care is her goal. Jessie enjoys taking continuing dental education courses to stay abreast of changes in the health field. She is a delight to our patients and team members.
Melinda (Registered Dental Hygienist) graduated from UWM and WCTC in 2012. Melinda strives to stay on top of the latest technology and techniques in the dental field. Developing strong patient-hygienist relationships are important to her.

Outstanding Dental Clinic and Great staff. My wife and I have been patients for about 4 years and have been very please with the work we have had done. Dr. Thompson really knows and enjoys dentistry and is a bit of a perfectionist when it come to dental care. He is well respected and well connected within the industry should you need work beyond his area of expertise. His referrals have been excellent. Oh yes.... Dr Thompson is one heck of a Yachtsmen! Congrats on your recent Championship !!

Great people and Dr Thompson offers best treatments for you. Always explains options and benefits of each. Just went in for a cleaning. All went excellent. Staff and hygienists were very friendly as normal and Dr. Thompson always seems to be in great spirits.

I have been seeing dentists 2X a year for over 55 years having experiences with close to a dozen dentists over that time. This was by far the most thorough, informative, and positive experience I have ever had. Modern offices with incredible technology. Explanations in layman's terms that I understood, options offered for any number of ways to approach my personal approach to dental maintenance. I would recommend Jess and Dr. Thompson to anyone who places a high value on oral health.

I don't gush and I rarely post a review- actually maybe I should not do it here, why do I want the practice to be busier? Dr. Thompson and his staff work smoothly and collegially together, that listen to and respond to patient needs and provide personal yet highly effective professional care.

My first experience with Thompson Dental was driven by my son chipping his tooth - we had recently moved and hadn't yet found a new dentist for the family. I was VERY pleased with the entire process - I was able to chat online to provide information required as new patients, I received a call promptly from the office to schedule appointments, my son got in the SAME day for the tooth repair and the entire staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend Thompson Dental.

Thompson Dental came as a recommendation from my employer, "The best and my children love him!" Turns out, my boss was not exaggerating. Phenomenal care and service from everyone!! It's always a downer to find a really great PCP or Dentist and then the office staff or other employees leave much to be desired; you will NOT find that to be the scenario here. Absolutely wonderful all around- Pat and Vanna are a fantastic duo.
