Dr. Thompson began practice in Muskego in July 2003. As technology is improving dental care, he is committed to continuing education and lifelong learning for himself and his dental team. They are members of The Milwaukee Study Club, which is affiliated with the prestigious Seattle Study Club. The Milwaukee Study Club strives to raise the expertise of it members and ultimately, the level of dental care in the community.
Dr. Thompson completed his DDS at the University of Iowa, which included training abroad for a year in Denmark. While in Europe, he was influenced by the multi-disciplining approach to dentistry including periodontics, orthodontics, implantology and prosthetics. The multi-disciplining approach is central to the Seattle Study Club's philosophy of comprehensive treatment planning.
Dr. Thompson's community interests involve being a member of Kiwanis, Lions Club, Moose Lodge and is on the Board of Directors for the Muskego Chamber of Commerce. Dental leadership is important to Dr. Thompson and he is a past president for the Waukesha County Dental Society.
In addition to Dr. Thompson's professional responsibilities, he enjoys kite boarding, mountain biking, snowboarding and all water sports. He is an avid supporter of The Muskego Waterbugs and enjoys sponsoring a Muskego Athletic Association baseball team.
Linda (Office Manager/Financial Coordinator) has been in dentistry for 25 years and enjoys helping the office run smoothly. Also, she delights in working with patients to help them make treatment affordable.
Connie(Hygienist Coordinator) has worked in dentistry for 26 years (19 in our office). Our patients are like family to her. Her responsibilities include the scheduling of new patients and coordinating the hygiene schedule.
Jessie (Registered Dental Hygienist) graduated from dental hygiene school in 1997. Improving the overall health of her patients through education and a comprehensive approach to dental care is her goal. Jessie enjoys taking continuing dental education courses to stay abreast of changes in the health field. She is a delight to our patients and team members.
Melinda (Registered Dental Hygienist) graduated from UWM and WCTC in 2012. Melinda strives to stay on top of the latest technology and techniques in the dental field. Developing strong patient-hygienist relationships are important to her.
