My goal is to provide high-quality dental care with honesty, integrity, and scrupulous attention to each patients individual needs. Equally important, I want to educate my patients on the effects their oral care has on their bodies beyond just their teeth so they can fully appreciate the link between their oral health and overall health.

I've never liked having to go to a dentist, but the staff here made me relaxed and confident. They were personable and listened to my needs. Will be returning and happy to do so.

I don't usually write reviews, but this dental office is absolutely absurd. I came in to have a crown put on a tooth and they ended up charging me $800 when I HAVE health insurance. On top of that, they end up sending me bill in the mail saying I still owe an additional balance!!!! What a rip off. I needed to schedule an appointment at the office and every time I do so, the phone rings and rings and rings and I get sent directly to voicemail. I came to this dentist office after leaving my previous one hoping it would be better. But after my experience here, I have chosen to go take my business elsewhere. Sorry, but I do not recommend this place.

Best dentist office I've ever been to. The staff is professional. They communicate clearly and billing is transparent. The dentists themselves are awesome!

Dr. Butler and all the staff at Thomasville Road Dental Care provided phenomenal care during my adult special needs daughter's first visit. They were compassionate and understanding of her physical and intellectual abilities and have provided us with a doable game plan with comfort options to reduce her anxiety as we move forward with addressing her dental health needs.

Dr. Butler is the best dentist I have ever met! Her "bedside manner" is like chatting with your best friend, while her perfectionistic approach to dental care makes you relax and realize you're in good hands. She takes the dread out of going to the dentist! Coincidentally, Alex Moore is the best hygienist I have ever met. She, too, is like chatting with your BFF, while receiving expert care with cleanings, x-rays, etc. I now look forward to "going to the dentist" because of these two women!

Staff and doctors were very accommodating, clear about exactly what was happening and why, and were able to fit me in for a same-day procedure to fix my dental problem. Professional, caring, and effective - my usual dentist-anxiety never got a foothold. Definitely making regular exam appointments here!

The staff from check-in, appointment and check-out give excellent customer service. It's the dentist, right? I was a bundle of nerves BUT they talked me thru the procedure, there was lots of deep breathing and plenty of laughs!!

Had a great experience as a new patient of Dr. Butler. The practice uses the latest technological equipment to inform you about your dental health. All of the staff are personable and professional. Glad to have Thomasville Road Dental as my new dental health home.

Wouldn't recommend coming here. Worker were extremely rude and lied about taking a type of insurance when they don't . Workers don't know what they are doing and once confronted on there mistake give my mother and I a nasty response. I would love to speak to someone who is in charge of this company.
