Dr. Johnson graduated from Alice Lloyd College in 1999 with a bachelor of science degree. He initially wanted to become a school teacher, yet developed an interest in the dental field while pursuing his undergraduate studies. Dr. Johnson attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and graduated in 2003. After dental school, he worked as a public health dentist for a year and decided that he wanted to devote his career to the treatment of dental disease of children.Dr. Johnson then underwent a 2 year pediatric dental residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.

The whole staff here was amazing. I was in a bind with my daughter who had a tooth that needed to be pulled and they were able to schedule us to come in within a few days. We were worried that our daughter wasn't going to cooperate with the nitrous to get the tooth pulled and they were able to get us scheduled to come back in a little over a month for sedation while everyone in Tallahassee was booked out for 3 to 4 months. Luckily we were able to get it pulled in town with the nitrous but just wanted to have a back up. Dr. Johnson was very informative and kind with us as he was with all of the other patients near us. If it wasn't such a drive for us I would definitely have my girls be a patient at this facility.

The absolute best staff and dentist I've experienced. They're extremely courteous. My son loves going. Super patient with the children and go above and beyond with making the parents and the children comfortable.

We've been seeing Dr. Johnson since my now 7yo was 3. Even now that we live in FL we still make the drive to Thomasville because he's so great. My youngest had to get a filling and ended up with a swollen lip from the anesthesia and Dr. Johnson checked in with us several times, even over the weekend, to make sure he was doing alright. He's very comforting and reassuring to the children during the procedures too.

This is an outstanding pediatric dentist office. It is an enjoyable experience for all from booking your appointment to actually seeing the dentist. Great staff and dentist!

We love this place. My 8yo son actually cheered when I told him he had a dentist appointment yesterday. It's a supportive, fun, and family-friendly environment. And when we needed emergency dental services, the responsiveness and care of Dr. Johnson and his whole staff were amazing.

I will give this place a 100% in excellence. The people that work here are very professional and they are the sweetest to the patients, and the dentist is the absolute best, he is sweet and treats kids with such care and makes them feel so comfortable. I have been to so many places before with my oldest kids and nothing comes close to this place. My son used to be so afraid of the dentist and now he looks foward to coming back. We love it here !!! Best place in all South Ga!

Absolutely the best Pediatric dentist we have ever been too. Dr. Johnson and his staff treat you like family. I can't say enough good things about them. If you have a child and they don't see him they are missing out.
