Great work done! Dr. Thomas is the best! So thankful for this DR. I was embarrassed to see a dentist. He made me feel comfortable and gave me options. Exceptional work done. He truly cares about his patients and doing the very best for everyone. He treats you like an individual with a treatment plan for YOU! Not one that fits all. Great staff!

The website about and his services his kindness his sensitivity and advanced technologies are exactly accurate. I am extremely fearful of dentists in the past and was looking for a dentist that was up-to-date used to update techniques and was sensitive to my fears. They were all met over and above my expectations. I went in with total anxiety and fear of pain came out finding that all the advanced technologies were in place and no pain. I'm going back for my treatments now.

Excellent and family friendly! Dr. Thomas and his staff have always made my children and family feel welcome. When we were new to Billings we were hesitant on what dentist to choose. I can honestly say that they have been a blessing for our entire family. We have never experienced anything but the highest attention to customer service, quality and genuine care given to us as individuals. I feel like Dr. Thomas and his staff have set the bar for excellence and are a rare find.

Dr. Thomas is an absolutely outstanding dentist! The work he did on my teeth has been life changing. The entire team at his office is warm, friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience every time I was in their office. I had ground my teeth down it nothing from years of grinding and wrecked my bite. I found myself very self conscious and not wanting to smile anymore. I love to smile again thanks to Dr. Thomas! I'm so grateful!

I went into Thomas smile designs and had to get an extraction on my wisdom tooth, the assistants were friendly and Dr. Thomas made me feel at ease with the extraction especially when I don't like pain or needles. I am thankful for the recommendation and will be seeing him and the team soon

I recently had an appointment at Thomas smile design, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dental facility! I was greeted kindly over the phone and at the front desk. The dental hygienist gave me one of the best gentle cleanings I've ever had . I have had previous cleanings where the hygienist had disregarded my concern for my sensitive areas and ended up having a few painful experiences. Dr. Thomas was so kind and listened to all of my concerns regarding my teeth and TMJ issues. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. I was pleased to have options with my dental care as well. Thomas smile designs has exceeded my expectations and I would highly highly recommend them!
