Dentistry means a lot to me. I feel privileged to work in a profession where every day I am able to make a positive impact on peoples lives. To improve patients dental health, and thus their overall health, is the true reward of my profession, and also a responsibility I do not take lightly.
I love being able to help patients return to good oral health, improve their smile, and help them feel better about themselves. Its very satisfying when my patients say they love their new smile, or that theyre no longer in pain after treatment was completed.
I am so fortunate to have such terrific patients. Some of them have been coming to us since I started my practice in Lacey more than 20 years ago. We see adults and kids, and it is fun to see everyone grow and change over the years. We enjoy taking care of our patients dental health throughout their lives.
I believe continuing education is very important in the dental profession. Techniques and materials are changing constantly. In order to provide our patients with the best care, we need to stay abreast of the best techniques and materials. This allows us to provide our patients with the best options for their dental health care.
To fulfill this commitment to continuing education, our office regularly attends the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference. I am also an active member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Thurston-Mason Counties Dental Society, and the South Sound Dental Study Club.
I grew up in St. Helens, Oregon, but have made the Lacey area my home for the past 26years. My lovely wife Lisa and I have been married for almost 20years and wehave two wonderful kids and a Boston terrier, Felix. Our son is 16 and our daughter is 13. I love spending time with my family, especially traveling together.
In my free time, I enjoy golfing, working in the yard and garden, and reading. My wife and I have been involved with the Hands on Childrens Museum in Olympia. I also have been coaching youth baseball in Olympia for many years and am currently enjoying coaching my sons team.

I grew up in Buckley, WA and settled in Lacey with my incredible fiance, Joshua, our Husky Corgi mix, Muffin and our curious black kitty, Sirius Black. I believe family is everything, so Josh and I spend as much time as possible with both of ours. This includes my twin sister, Ally, who is also my best friend. Life is more fun as a twin! I also enjoy camping, cheering on Seattle sports teams, listening to music of all kinds and making custom jewelry.
I joined Dr. Herricks team in 2017 and I have 13years of experience in the dental field and am bilingual, as I am fluent in Spanish. As financial manager, I enjoy guiding our patients through their visit from the initial phone call, to checking out after a great dental experience. I strive to stay knowledgeable about all dental treatments and insurances in order to give patients the best understanding about their dental treatment possible. I look forward to coming to work each day knowing Ill be working with the best team to help our patients attain the healthy, beautiful smiles they deserve!
I live in Rochester with my family and our new puppy, an American Bully named Saint. I enjoy being a sports mom more than anything and am a HUGE Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Sounders fan! I am new to the outdoor life and have periodically traded in my heels for some hiking shoes to enjoy a sunny Northwest day.
Ive been a dental hygienist for 14years and in that time, have become passionate about educating people on the importance of oral health. I really enjoy getting to know each of my patients personally and making them feel comfortable in the dental chair. I love that I get to work with such an incredible team that also finds time to have fun every day!
I was born and raised in Washington and now live in Mason County with my best friend and husband, Justin, our goofy yellow lab, Nacho and our sweet black lab, Griz.We enjoy traveling, backpacking, hiking, and taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Something about dentistry has always inspired me! I graduated in 2004 with an Associate of Science degree and a Dental Assisting Certificate. I then went back to school and graduated in 2006 as a registered dental hygienist. My passion for dentistry has grown over the years, as has my knowledge and skill level. Establishing relationships and providing gentle, yet effective care, are my favorite parts of this job. I am so excited to be a part of Dr. Herricks team and together we are going to change the face of dentistry!
I grew up in the Lacey area and continue to love living here. I am a married mother of three young boys, am an avid CrossFit athlete, and a toothbrush fanatic. I also love animals and have two dogs and two cats that are very much a part of the family!
I have been a dental assistant for more than 20 years and still love what I do! Its my job to guide you through your dental visit and make you feel comfortable. I love seeing patients leave excited about their new smile. I joined Dr. Herricks office in 2012 and feel so lucky to work with a team that works hard and laughs just as hard.
Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy watching baseball and football. Im very proud of my son and daughter who both attend Oregon State UniversityGo BEAVS! I also have a crafty side and like relaxing while scrapbooking and making greeting cards.
We moved back to Thurston county in 2019 to be closer to my family and let our daughter experience some of the farm life I enjoyed growing up. I love entertaining at our home and often host dinner parties for friends. I also enjoy decorating, running with friends, and my weekly tennis dates with my niece.
