Dr. Hoover received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the Metropolitan State University of Denver in 1998. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota in 2002. Upon graduation, he served in the United States Navy as a dental officer. His time in the military included an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency and two years as the solo dental officer onboard USS Oak Hill (LSD-51), where he provided dental care for 378 sailors and Marines. In 2005, he returned to the University of Minnesota to complete a three year Advanced Education in Periodontology Program. He graduated with honors in 2008 and earned a Certificate in Periodontology. Dr. Hoover is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Continuing education is of great importance to our office, and Dr. Hoover is the director of the West Suburban Study Club, an Affiliate of the Seattle StudyClub. He is also member of Spear Study Club and the Minnesota Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry.

Dr. Molleti received her Certificate of Periodontics and Masters Degree in Dentistry from the University of Minnesota in 2002. She is an Adjunct Faculty for the Advanced Education Program in Graduate Periodontology, University of Minnesota. She has been practicing periodontics and implant dentistry in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area for the past eleven years.

Dr. Molleti is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is an active member in the organization and the American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Molleti and her husband enjoy spending time with their three daughters and traveling.

Drs. Hoover & Molleti would not work as smoothly without the help of their team. From answering phone calls and questions about insurance to assisting our periodontists in procedures, our team plays an essential role in giving patients a positive experience every time they come into our practice.

Becky-I am the newest member to join the team. This is my first experience working in a Dental practice. You will find me at the front desk welcoming you to our practice. I love the opportunity to learn about new procedures and meet new people. I live with my boyfriend Jason and my dog named Millie. On the weekends, you will find me at the cabin spending time with my family. I enjoy biking, walking my dog and traveling with friends.

Helen- I joined the practice in 2010 after a career in administrative management. I enjoy greeting our new and returning patients at the front desk, knowing that they will be seen by a caring clinical team. When I am not at work, I prefer to spend time with my family and friends. I travel to Florida every winter to relax and sail with family. I never let a day pass without reading a book. In addition, I enjoy cooking, walking and playing cards.

Kris- I have been with the practice for over 40 years. As the office manager I wear many hats here. To list a few, I handle all the insurance claims and take care of the bookkeeping, Most importantly, I make sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. What I most enjoy is spending time with my 2 sons, and their wives and my grandchildren. My hobbies are biking, walking and reading.

Deb- I have worked on & off in this office for the last 40 years. I am very happy to be back with the team again. During my free time, I enjoy spoiling my new granddaughter, gardening, and spending time with my family up at the cabin enjoying a delicious cocktail by the lake. My family of 3 adult children and their puppies keep me busy and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Jen- I have been a dental assistant for over 23 years. I have been with this practice for 22 of those years. When I'm not working, I spend most of my time cheering on my 3 children being their biggest fan. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family, entertaining by the pool and volunteer work. When I have the time, I love to exercise and cook. I enjoy the camaraderie with our patients and getting to know them. My team members are like family to me.

Tanya- I have been in dentistry for over 20 years. I have been with this office for 12 joyful years. I really enjoy working with our patients to help ease their dental anxiety and to make sure while in my care they have the best experience. When I'm not chasing after the doctors, my husband and I are busy running our 2 kids to either hockey practices or games, carrying around the heaviest equipment from rink to rink. My family and I enjoy camping with our 2 dogs Lucy and Attie and spending time with our family and friends.

Jamie - I have been a dental assistant for 22 years, 20 years spent with this practice. I really enjoy working with our patients to help them achieve their oral health goals. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Mike and our 3 kids (when they're willing) and our 2 dogs named Jalapeno & Stella. When my family and I get the chance we love to travel to warmer climates during our frigid MN winters. When I find the time I love to read a good book, taking on various projects from Pinterest,and just recently took up running outdoors.
