DO NOT GO HERE. I had the worst possible experience I could've ever imagined at a health care office. The secondary receptionist inserted herself into a conversation between health care staff and myself, that she knew nothing about, and completely verbally attacked and harassed me. My appointment time was at 4. I understand being behind, but let the patients know- don't just stare at them and awkwardly make eye contact. I didn't get called back to my appointment until 15-20 minutes later, where they stated they were short staffed and running behind. I understand that, but next time let the patient know instead of just sitting in silence in the waiting room. Also, if you have overbooked patients, call them ahead of time and notify them there may be longer wait times than normal. Once called back, I was told that the dentist would be doing my cleaning. I was ok with this, I was just confused and curious as to why this was the case, so I asked questions. As the hygienist was answering, the secondary receptionist walked down to my room and rudely interrupted our fine conversation. She interrupted saying that I needed to leave the office for asking questions. When I asked her if I could explain my question (I am the patient- I can ask whatever I would like concerning my mouth and my health), she told me that I could not speak and that I was not welcome in their office and needed to leave. I told the receptionist to please leave my room, I am getting my cleaning since I am the patient and pay for this service, and that she needed to leave because she was being disrespectful, inappropriate, and causing me to have an anxiety attack. She kept yelling at me, until the dentist showed up to the room. The dentist apologized for her behavior, but went on to say that we may just "butt heads". A patient is allowed to ask questions, and she did not need to butt in and enter a conversation that did not pertain to her. The dentist did my cleaning, and I was nervous, but went with it. As expected, it was the WORST cleaning I have ever had, very sub par and I felt as if the dentist was rushing through the entire cleaning. My appt from start to finish (with the harassment in between) was 20 minutes. I was NOT satisfied with my cleaning and should've just left after the confrontation, but needed my cleaning. By far the worst cleaning I have ever had- no way they did all they were supposed to during a normal routine cleaning. DO NOT GO HERE. I called to remove myself as a patient, and without knowing who I was the receptionist was happy and eager to remove me. I was shocked with how rude they also are on the telephone. As a patient, I have never done anything to deserve this treatment and even if I had, you are the employee, I am the patient, and you need to be respectful and have some customer service. After speaking to my colleagues getting other dental recs, I found that majority of my colleagues have also had a horrible experience with this practice. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your dental needs. Going to the dentist can already be stressful and the secondary receptionist was completely out of line, disrespectful, verbally attacked me, and harassed me.

The staff at Thomas Schleicher's office was fantastic! I was visiting from out of town and my crown popped off. I was able to get a same day appointment and Dr. Schleicher was able to successfully secure my crown in place.

Saw this guy twice back in 2018. Worst experience with a dentist in my life, and that's saying something coming from someone with Dentophobia. Made an appointment to have a broken tooth removed which he said he could do but not right then. He asked me to make another appointment and gave a quick checkup. During this whole time he had random people walking the halls that did not work for the practice and weren't patients. Follow up appointment came and the dentist asks me what I'm there for and I remind him... He completely ignored my needs and gave me another freaking exam! So just basically had the nerve to steal my money and put me on display for everyone in the world. He's very lucky Dental Malpractice lawyers are so difficult to find, else I'd have gone that route.

I found this office a few weeks ago when i had broken a tooth and they are so friendly, welcoming and Dr Schleicher does amazing work! This is definitely my permanent dentist office! So thankful to have found them!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Dr. Schleicher is absolutely amazing. He really cares about his patients and makes sure they are comfortable. Whenever I have a filling or crown put in, he is extremely gentle and makes sure you feel no pain. I highly recommend coming here. I won't go anywhere else.

If I had 10 thumbs I'd give it to this dental practice! Recent dental experience most outstanding. The office staff is so friendly, helpful, professional, and just great to interact with. Jackie and Alice I salute you. Dr. Schleicher and dental assistant Amber made me feel so comfortable while performing a dental surgical procedure. Talking you through the procedure, and there was no pain for me in my experience! Follow up instructions went over throughly before leaving. This is now my new dentist of choice. Dr Schliecher you and your staff go above and beyond in my opinion.

I just wanted to start off by saying WOW. Dr. Schleicher and his staff are amazing. I can't say enough on how great everyone here is. After months of searching for a new dentist I can say I have found my forever dentist. From the time you enter Jackie greats you with a beautiful smile and they make you feel right at home. They take all the anxiety out of being at the dentist. The waiting area is nice and cozy and they make sure you are comfortable during your wait. They take time to explain everything about the procedure you are going to get done. He takes time to explain the terminology you may hear him using so you know exactly what is going on and he lets you know what dental work you should consider first. I can honestly say this is the first dentist I have been to that I felt no pain or discomfort while the work was being performed. It was so calming and relaxing. One of the major perks that I really enjoyed about Dr. Schleicher practice is he does same day crowns and he actually let me see how they are made. This takes the stress out of having to wait weeks for a crown. Him and his staff are very thorough in there work and take great pride in what they do. I wish I could give this review 10 stars because it deserves 10 stars. If you are looking for a dentist please contact Dr. Schleicher and his great staff. I can't stress enough how great all the staff here are. They make you feel like family and that is very important. My next appointment is in two weeks and honestly I can't wait. Don't hesitate. Call Dr. Schleicher and his great staff today.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Schleicher's office! The office personnel are extremely courteous with a personal touch! I was very nervous about having dental work done, and the entire office made me feel very comfortable! The dental assistant was beyond friendly and explained everything step by step. And, Dr. Schleicher was literally the best dentist I have ever been to! I appreciate the way that they took care of me, and they went above and beyond to make sure that a dental visit was actually pretty fun. I was referred to their office, and I will also refer them to as many people that will listen

Very pleasant experience today with a filling and cleaning. Dr. Tom is an expert in his field who's talents are magnified by the professional staff he has throughout his office. I am proud to announce that we have made this place our growing family's primary dental clinic. If dentistry is something that provides an overwhelming sense of anxiety for you or anyone you know, Dr. Tom, will be your first dose of relaxation; He is highly adept at recognizing any hesitations when getting work done in your mouth area. He's a wonderful educator as well.

I have been searching for a dentist that I was comfortable with for 7 years in this area. I've tried several and was always disappointed with how they interacted with my children, who are now 12 and 16. There just never seemed to be the level of caring and compassion that I expected. Then I found Dr. Schleicher and the difference was astounding. He and his entire staff are phenomenal and both my boys love going there. My 12 year old has a lot of issues with his teeth, and Dr. Schleicher is the only dentist he looks forward to seeing. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Been going there since they had the practice. Great staff and a great dentist. Up on the newest technology and a happy office atmosphere. What else do you need? :)

If you have to go to the dentist, they are the best! Front office staff is always friendly, Hygienists are gentle and thorough and Dr. Schleicher is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
