Customer service, professionalism, and excellence are rarities today. But Dr. Santora and his team uphold these values! In general, I'm not a fan of dentists. But this was the best experience I've ever had with a dental practice. First, the receptionist, Debbie is a wonderful, kind, hospitable, knowledgeable, and diligent person. She's a blessing to the office. Then, my experience got better with the dental hygienist who did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth! I reported to my husband that it is the best cleaning I've ever received. Since I'm a new patient, I needed to meet with Dr. Santora who provided a thorough exam and inquired about my concerns and expectations for my dental care. He was charming, professional, and attentive to my concerns. I have a follow up visit in 2 weeks, which I'm looking forward to.

I've been going to Dr Santora for 20+ years. I LOVE Dr Santora who ALWAYS takes the time to answer any questions I might have. He knows his patients and their families. When I go for my cleanings I always wind up spending extra time chatting. The whole experience is friendly ....and he's a GREAT dentist who teaches in NY too!!

I called Dr. Santora's office for an emergency visit, as I was having severe pain in one tooth. He performed a root canal treatment that took the pain away and I was fine the next day. Dr. Santora's receptionist, Debbie, and his assistant, Star, were so helpful to me. I would recommend Dr. Santora's office to anyone needing dental services. They all are a terrific team!

Highly recommends Dr Santora, and his entire staff Suzanne did a great job as always. Debbie handled my new insurance seamlessly Definitely the best Dentist and team around I've been going to them since I was a teenager and lived nearby and still go to them even though it is almost an hour's drive because they are so good!

I have been coming to this practice for over 20 years and would never change. Dr Tom is exceptional in customer service, dentistry, and continues to remain educated in any innovative techniques and treatment. This is a practice that does it all. One is normally never sent elsewhere for advanced treatments. I have had extractions, root canals, whitening and veneers all done with the expertise of Dr Tom Santora. I have recommended family members and their story is the same. COVID protocols in place and prior to this it was always impeccably clean and sanitized. The office manager Debbie is warm, friendly helpful and efficient. I also can't say enough about Suzanne and the team of dental hygienists- gentle , thorough, snd simply wonderful people. Highly recommended

I had a very good experience with Dr. Santora the entire staff is very pleasant and caring. Dr. Santora is very knowledgeable in his field. The best thing I like about him is that he takes his time to make you feel comfortable and takes the time to explain what has to be done. Excelent !!!!!
