Dr.Thomas J. Fallon D.D.S. has provided Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery inthe Syracuse area since 1992 and as a whole for over 37 years. He earned hisundergraduate degree at LeMoyne College and his DDS at Georgetown UniversitiesDental School. Dr. Fallon obtained his Oral and Maxillo-Facial residency andtraining at Bellevue Hospital, NYU. His Licenses include a NYS Dental Licenseand a NYS Anesthesia License. He is also acommitted staff member at St.Joseph's Community Hospital.
Dr. Fallon is proud to workalong side other health care providers in the Syracuse area to make sure ourcommunity has exceptional healthcare. In addition when necessary he works withdoctors in NYC focusing on pathologic conditions. Hisaffiliations include:ADA, NYSSOMS, AAOMS, NYS Dental Society, International College of OralImplantologists, American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. In addition to his health care services he has remained apart of the community through his involvement with the Catholic Church. As a result he received the Catholic Charities Humanitarian Award.
Dr.Fallon currently resides in Liverpool NY with his wife and dog Bogart. He pledges to continue dedicating himself to providing professional and diagnostictreatment to all of his patients like he has for the last 37 years. Hisservices include wisdom teeth removal, anesthesia, dental implants, facialtrauma, routine and surgical extractions, pathologic conditions, reconstructiveand cosmetic surgery, facial pain including temporaomandibular joint disorders.

Worst dentist I have ever seen. I was referred to have a tooth removed. He said I had a sinus infection. I saw another dentist and was told that the tooth should have been removed. Now I am having major problems. My lawyer will be handling this. If you want to get a serious infection keep seeing this doctor!

Soon after moving back to CNY, I had excruciating tooth pain from 2 broken teeth that had happened over a year ago while pregnant with my daughter so I had to wait for extraction. Of course, the wait had led to two painful abscesses. After a emergency visit with my family dentist, Dr. Damiano (another 5 star provider), I was referred to Dr. Thomas Fallon. The office and staff were overly accommodating by seeing me immediately that Monday morning. Everyone there, both office and medical staff, made sure that the extraction of my 3 infected teeth was perfect and that I was comfortable and calm. Don't be wary of being put to sleep whatsoever. I can say that it was not an issue and it seemed like the whole procedure didn't even happen at all! When I went home, I had little to no pain from the extraction sites and absolutely no bruising or even swelling. It's been a week and I've followed the after surgery instructions and the extraction sites are healing very well. I would recommend both Dr. Thomas Fallon and Dr. Mike Damiano to every and anyone needing the dental services they provide. Thank you for getting rid of the teeth that were causing me pain for over a year now!

In my opinion he is the absolute best oral surgeon in upstate New York. He got me in last minute when I was in so much pain. He took care of my problem and was very friendly, fast and efficient. Very fair pricing and all around great experience. I thank you Dr. Fallon and thank your friendly helpful staff. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Fallon is very gentle. I have a phobia of dentists but he was great. Very accommodating to all his patients needs. His theory is "one patient at a time". The atmosphere was relaxing & the staff was very nice & listened & answered any questions asked. I would highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs!!!

Love this office all the staff is so friendly and helpful. Had few teeth pulled an a implant. They made me feel comfortable at each appt. DoctorTom is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. Had no problems everything healed well. Thanks again to the Fallon staff.
