The best oral surgeon you're going to find in Central New York. Staff is super helpful and nice, while Dr. Fallon makes every procedure painless and seamless. I go out of network because he's THAT good.

Overall, my experience was pleasant. Once in the office, Dr.Fallon and his nurses provided me with step by step information and provided me reassurance regarding what to expect. However, prior to my appointment I was giving limited information. My consultation was in December, followed by a missed appointment, with my extraction date being rescheduled by me for April. The office did not ask for an updated medical or prescription history.I was not given directions to fast prior to anesthesia. When I finished my procedure and left to fill my prescription, the pharmacist had to contact the office due to one of the scripts negatively interacting with A daily medication. While I enjoyed my time with Fallon Oral surgery, there were parts that required more attention to provide me with a well-rounded experience.

Best dental experience in my life!!!! I had a broken tooth with a filling still inside that was causing a lot of pain. I was literally TERRIFIED to get an extraction due to my previous experience in the past. With tremendous hesitation, I made an appointment with Dr Fallon yesterday for an extraction. My appointment was for 9:30am today and I was home by 10:20am with my bad tooth gone! The ONLY pain I had was from the needle used to numb me. Dr Fallon and his staff treated me as if I were a member of their family sitting in that chair. They were so caring about everything. Dr Fallon was amazing, he was very gentle and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, while at the same time telling me to take deep breaths before he did anything that might have hurt or caused pressure. I expected to feel SOME discomfort during the extraction but I absolutely felt nothing! I was so amazed. It was all done within 5 minutes of him starting, I was all stitched up and walking out of the room with a huge smile on my face! I currently have no insurance, and I mean it when I say, this place was worth every penny spent for sure! As long as Dr Fallon is around, I know I don't need to fear going to the dentist anymore. Him and his whole staff were so amazing I just can't get over it. Definitely would give more stars if I could. What a relief! Best dental experience of my life. I absolutely recommend going to see him if you're having any dental issues and have a dreaded fear of dentists in general. Well done, Dr. Fallon and staff!!

I discovered Dr. Thomas Fallon while searching for a good doctor to extract all four of my impacted wisdom teeth (the oral surgeon my regular dentist had referred me to had scary reviews on google/yelp). When scheduling for my consult, the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was super polite and efficient. I was able to get in within less than a week. I was able to meet Dr. Fallon at the consult and felt really comfortable through his knowledge and confidence of what the surgery and recovery process would involve. I was able to schedule my surgery right after the consult whenever I wanted. The surgery to remove all four wisdom teeth only took about 20 minutes and the recovery process was good/normal. I had a bad cavity that was filled months ago by my regular dentist that has been bothering me for months and I will definitely be returning to Dr. Fallon's office soon to extract it without any fear or anxiety. Their care for their patients is so genuine! They're exceptional!
