Dr. Cingels mission is to perform the highest standard of care possible. In addition, it is also very important to empower the patient with knowledge of why a certain dental procedure is needed and how to avoid future oral disease.
Dr. Cingel understands that quality care comes from a strong professional partnership between the patient and doctor. At your first visit, Dr. Cingel will provide you with a thorough examination, discuss your treatment options and address any questions and concerns. Immediately recognizable will be our friendly and knowledgeable staff who may additionally assist you with any questions or concerns.
Dr. Cingel graduated Onteora H.S. in 1996 and continued his education at Binghamton University and dental school at University at Buffalo(2005). After graduating dental school, he completed an optional one-year residency at Coler-Goldwater Speciality Hospital.This comprehensive residency program gave Dr. Cingel the opportunity to work alongside the best and brightest specialists in dentistry. In 2006, Dr.Cingel purchased the practice from Dr. David Fletcher and is committed to upholding the same high standards in care as Dr. Fletcher held.
In 2010, Dr. Cingel introduced the concept of exchanging dental care for musical performance. He brought this idea to some artists in Kingston and it ballooned into the O+ Festival. He donates dental treatment every festival weekend to support both artists and the community.
In 2016, He published a tooth prevention book Avid Flosser: How to keep your teeth forever.The book reflects on prevention and the belief of Prevention Dentists everywhere. And that is the fact that No dentistry is better than No dentistry.
Jennifer is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is a skilled clinician who is passionate and conscientious about her work. With her many years of experience, Jennifers top priority is to provide gentle, personalized service and uncompromising care to her patients. She strives to always remain on the forefront of scientific and clinical advances in her field to assist you in achieving optimal oral health. Aside from her career, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Karen has worked in the dental field for 16 years. She is the first smile you will see coming to the office and she will keep you smiling on your way out. She enjoys making your experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible, even before you see the dentist. She and her husband own a home in Kingston, NY. They love to travel, go to car shows, ride motorcycles and care for their Bischon Frise, Maggie.
Dagny is a Licensed Certified Dental Assistant, she has been in the field for 30 years. Having worked several years in an orthodontic office, made her a perfect fit for this team as the orthodontic assistant. She truly enjoys the hands on part of her job, whether shes tying in an Ortho wire, making retainer or taking impressions. She enjoys working with people and making them feel comfortable while in the dental chair. When not at work, she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, bicycle riding and vacations. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends, most of all she enjoys visits from her son.
Sharon worked in the dental field for over 10 years, after retiring to raise her children, she has returned to the dental office as a member of the front desk team. Whether speaking to her on the phone or meeting her in the office, you will always find her pleasant and willing to help. She enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing at the beach.
Leta has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. We are excited to have her at our office as she joined us in 2015. She loves to assist in surgery and see the positive changes we make in peoples lives. She plays championship softball, bowls and plays golf.

I had a dental emergency and Dr Cingel and his staff fit me in immediately as a favor to my dentist who was away. Everyone at his office we're welcoming, efficient, Highly professional, and I was Blessed to received EXCELLENT Care !! I Highly recommend this OUTSTANDING Dr and his staff for all your dental needs.

If you've been putting off your dental care because of bad experiences with other dentists, I strongly recommend you call Dr. Cingel's office right away. I white knuckled it the office because I couldn't avoid it any more. When I got there, I found intelligent, gentle, caring professionals who couldn't have made me feel more at ease. Dr. Cingel developed a phased plan to get needed work done. In the end, the cost will be less than I've been quoted elsewhere and I can keep the teeth others said I needed to replace with partial dentures. I'm not kidding. Call his office today!

Dr Cingel is extremely knowledgeable and current. He is able to do extractions, root canals, orthodontics, basic dentistry and more. I appreciate not having to see different specialists to address my needs. He is smart, professional, and has a great bedside manner. His staff and his office is top notch!

I am genuinely convinced that Dr. Cingel is the best dentist in the Kingston area! I have been bringing my 3 children there for some 8-10 years (when he took over the practice). Before that, we had tried no less than 5 other dentists in the area, and there was always something not-quite-right, either for my children, or in the way the office was run, or the actual dentistry. Not so with Dr. Cingel! Not only does he stay on the cutting edge of technology, researching and using high quality products and techniques, but he is also authentically caring! We have had some pretty tricky issues with our teeth, and no matter what they have been, he has brought them completely and excellently back to integrity with precision. His wonderful staff (Karen, Sharon, Dagny, Leta, and Tracy) are all competent and caring individually, and they work together so well that it feels like family. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I am so happy I chose to see Dr Cingel! I was in a great deal of pain and the office staff did everything they could to accommodate me. Due to the snowstorm yesterday 2/9 I reached the office voicemail. They suggested if it was emergency related contact the dr, which I did for advice. He returned my call promptly and said they would put me in today! ( no hesitation) The office staff, the nurse and dr were beyond excellent! I have a fear of dental offices but felt very at ease and comfortable. I honestly cannot rave enough about Dr Cingel's kindness, caring, professionalism and quality of care. I've found my future dentist and I hope this review encourages others in making their decision. The Best !!!!!!!
