Didn't know what to expect for my root canals and it wasn't even that bad

I've had some intense dental trauma in my past and was quite nervous to go for another root canal. Dr. Armstrong and his staff were FANTASTIC. The numbing injections were painless and they were very patient with me. It's great to finally find an office I can feel confident going to for endodontic needs.

Great staff. Dr Armstrong and assistant Jodi were very informative, professional and complete. Working in the dental environment myself for many years I did not have any negative comment to make. Place is exceptionally clean and comfortable nice atmosphere. Most important Dr. And assistant worked well together and a difficult root canal done within an hour and 15 minutes. Very little discomfort if any at all after procedure. Did not even need any pain meds or ibuprofen. Amazing!! A total five star review!!!

Have referral for emergency surgery due to pregnancy...REFUSED to make an appointment despite the referral stating the high-risk situation. I know who my lawyer will be contacting if things go south for me/my unborn...good thing I record all my phone calls since the woman on the phone was so awful.

Apparently Dr. Armstrong and his staff have ethical setbacks when is comes to minority patients. I have a referral for a root canal on two infected teeth and they kept trying to reschedule me every time it was time for the appointment. After informing the staff that I was out of antibiotic and 10 days in on NSAIDs, which were no longer effective, I was told there was nothing they could do. An endodontist doesn't know what to do for a patient in pain? They could have started by having me come in and addressing the infection (more antibiotic or change the antibiotic), they could retriage their appointments, they could have performed any of a dozen basic emergency dentistry responses; none of which include telling a patient "there's nothing we can do". I doubt Dr. Armstrong is unaware of the proper clinical approaches. I do believe the culture of his office perpetuates decision making that is based on underdeveloped social beliefs and poor medical ethics.

Great staff. Dr Armstrong and assistant Jodi were very informative, professional and complete. Working in the dental environment myself for many years I did not have any negative comment to make. The root canal I had done with him was a wonderful experience!! No pain not even the numbing shots!!! I seriously could've taken a nap if he would of stopped cracking hilarious jokes. Everyone was very welcoming! Definitely would recommend and return if needed!

They got me in on a snow day and even though I had a very difficult tooth Dr Armstrong was very concerned that I was comfortable and handled it expertly. I even think he enjoyed the challenge! Very skilled at what he does and the staff is wonderful.

You can't ask for a more qualified and competent doctor and staff. He thoroughly checks to determine if you need what you were referred for. I highly recommend him to anyone who requires this type special dental needs.

My Husband was sent to Dr Armstrong to have a root canal. He is very compassionate and caring with his patients and it turned out to be a very positive experience. Great staff and a Great Endodontist !
