Been my dentist for roughly 7-8 years now. By far the best dentist I've ever been to. Its a comfortable environment and everyone that works there is nice. Dr. Houston is really good at what he does and actually cares. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Thomas Houston, DMD and his team. They provide excellent care, are professional and highly knowledgeable about dental implants, veneers, and crowns. I appreciate his flawless work on my implant!

Having seen many dentists, I can easily say Dr Houston's office stands out from the rest. Courteous, cordial, will thoroughly discuss options to help make best decisions. Highly experienced, attention to detail, technically proficient. Office has a fresh, cozy feel with large windows and trees outside. Comfortable seating area to discuss plans after visit. Going without insurance, the discount on their payment plan saves some bucks.

I came into the dentist office after not seeing a dentist for 9 years. I then proceeded to ask them if they can complete all the work prior to my retirement. I had pretty bad teeth, big number of fillings and I hadn't enjoyed smiling in a long time. In a month and a half the staff and the dentist made time to fix everything that needed to be fixed. Always professional starting with the wonderful ladies at the front counter to the assistants and the dentist! I have never encountered a place like this before. It wasn't an easy thing I was asking and the dentist made the time and completed all the work prior to my retirement ceremony!! Thank you all so much. You allowed me to enjoy smiling again! Also military friendly, all employees are familiar with military dental program and insurance requirements. They will work and ensure all military benefits are covered. This dentist office should be the centerstone to show other offices how to run their business. Jeremiah Fairbrother

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. I would have liked more choice, more explanation about the process. Front staff never gave me choice of which dentist I'd see and they didn't consider my financial needs. Unless you have excellent insurance, don't go here.

Everyone at Dr Houston's office is top notch. He is so lucky to have such great employees. This shows just what kind of person he is. He is kind, gental and explains everything in detail. He really cares about his work and makes sure is is perfect every single time. Highly recommend this office.

Well, Dr Houston and his staff have been taking care of my teeth for many years. In recent years, I have had some big problems with enamel erosion which Dr. Houston spent considerable time fixing. The care he and his team consistently provide is very much worth having. Dr. Land was great. The banter between himself his assistants, and patients makes going to the dentist easy and exiting. It was nice and refreshing having someone with Eugene roots come back to his home community to work.

From Paul Buchanan terrible all they know is crowns and they break one of my crowns he did just broke every thing they do requires a crown. Go and see for your self. . Get ready to pay Also takes on to many clients Nice enough guy and have nothing against him or the staff. This is my opinion of his work you are entitled to make your own.

I grew up with a mom and pop dentist as a kid. I swear I will always find a family dentist, and not one of the big chain store dentist. Dr Houston and his staff are ALWAYS delighted to see me and I feel like family. They care for you. Want what's best and always have a smile on their face. Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Houston has a high attention to detail. He also has the latest high powered microscope. The higher magnification allows for minute abnormal variances in tooth structure (such as cavities or fractures) and surrounding tissue (such as periodontal disease) to be easily identified and often caught earlier. If your dentist doesn't have one of those machines, check out Dr. Houston. Staff was experienced and friendly. Crown cost was less than either of my previous 3 dentists.

I recently went for a check up and teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist was the best I ever had. She took pride in her work and made sure my teeth were perfectly clean. My husband had an appointment the previous week. He said it was his best experience ever at a dentist office. The whole staff was kind, professional and made us feel safe with their Covid-19 protocols.
