Dr Tom is the best ! Hes so down to earth He always has me in and out and fixes every issue iv had I strongly recommend him and I was recommended by friends who loved him also on the other hand some of the girls that work there are so rude ..I called to reschedule my appointment and the girl literally hung up on me and told me if I rescheduled again I would have to start paying the lab. So not nice experiences with them!

I unlike most people liked going to dentist, that was until I went in to gretz to get 2 teeth pulled and was convinced to get all removed with immediate dentures. What a joke, I woke from surgery to more pain than most can endure. And when I finally made it back to the dentist after four days without sleep or food they remove the ill fitting immediate dentures that caused excessive damage and pain to my face and left me with no teeth whatsoever. I then went through six months of test fitting dentures and having no teeth just to finally get frustrated and except what they managed to produce after 6 months, which also turned out to be garbage and useless. I'm now stuck looking for a new dentist that can actually fit dentures to my mouth properly. Please save urself the pain and heartache and avoid this place at all costs

If I could give this office 10 stars I would. I have been deathly afraid of the dentist since I can remember and I'm 32 years old. I use to have to take 2 anxiety pills at 10 years old just for my mom to get me to the dentist. I have been a patient at Dr. Gretz's office for about 10 years now and I have absolutely no anxiety when going to the dentist now. Anyone who has anxiety knows that doesn't just go away, there has to be trust build there. Dr. Gretz and his team are so gentle and caring. He himself really takes care of his patients and puts effort into making sure they are comfortable. His staff members are so kind and are the same way, they make you feel like you matter. You are not just another patient to them, you are cared for. I had my first ever root canal yesterday and I was a little nervous but I did not feel anything not even the shots to numb me. They walked me through the whole process and educated me on what to expect. This is the absolutely most respectful drs office I have ever been in in fayette county. I cannot say enough good about them.

They were able to get me in within days of calling as a new patient huge deal there. Then did a filling so well I didn't even know it was done and I'm a man child when it comes to dentist. Great work very reasonable rates. Very clean also well done guys

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. They are not honest. They will lie to you to get you to do what they want. I had Sr. And someone should have a conversation with him about retirement. I left the office crying and broken twice. I'm 25. They ruined and wasted almost an entire year of my life. Please, if you have the option save yourself the time energy and money and go somewhere else. I'm not just saying this because I'm livid with what they've done. I really only want to save someone else out there from the same unfortunate fair that was bestowed onto me by Sr. And one last thing, I asked one of the other people there what they thought about the work he'd done. She audibly gasped in disgust , then after a few seconds said "they look good" knowing full well she was lying to me. I want to sue, but karma will handle it. I went to a better place instead of waiting about a year for them to rectify there mistakes. Whatever is going on there, I assure you, it's not worth putting yourself in harms way. God bless

The Dentists themselves are rude, and have an attitude with me because I have a severe anxiety and fear of needles and dentists. When I have to get needles there always rude about it asking how old I am, and I can hear them talking in the next room saying how I'm being ridiculous because I'm 24. The assistance themselves very kind and understanding but the Dentists not very much.

I had to get a tooth pulled and NO DENTIST WOULD PULL its but dr gretz son did the job and lemme tell you I was nervous and he made me comfortable and pulled that tooth he the GOAT I suggest y'all go to him for any tooth problems don't be afraid he got your back I feel better thank you and to your team awesome job .

Worst dentist ever!!! Kim did several crowns on my teeth and now they are all falling out. I need $60000 in dental implants because she cannot stop gossiping about her patients while working. Stay far away from this place. Every dentist I go to asks me who did all those crowns any why. She new I had health problems and took a lot of medication that made my mouth dry and she saw me as a dollar sign.

I have been to gretz now 3 times and all 3 time they have messed up my mouth to the point where other dentists turn me down and told me I needed to sue them they currently have at least 4 suets already against them for malpractice and I'm going to be making the 5th they drilled the roots for the root canal and then only filled 2 out of the 3 back in causing severe pain and my teeth to then rot away do not and I mean do not go to them

I used to go to Dr.Gretz a couple of years ago. I moved to Florida about 2 years ago and I finally got a Dentist here. They took xrays at my new dentist office and guess what's still down in my gums? The tip of a drill bit. Thanks alot! Now I have to get it Surgically removed.

I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas Gretz for a tooth extraction. My experience with Dr. Gretz was quick, efficient and almost completely painless. The staff was very warm and welcoming and the office is very clean and inviting. Awesome job Dr. Gretz and staff!

Very pleasant, don't make you wait to long. Try really hard to work with any situation you have. They listen to you. Dr.Tom is on a ball. Put two caps on look very nice.

Dr. Tom and his entire staff are fantastic, marvelous!!!! I am normally terrified of going to a dentist but had no fears, pain or problems. They are kind, thoughtful caring. Gave me their full consideration from the initial visit to the final one; treatment plan and financing. Dr Tom is by far the absolute best dentist that I have ever seen and I give them the highest reccomendation! Quality, professional, compassionate, affordable ,financing. They literally have changed my life for the better. Thank you Dr Tom and your assistant for everything!

Dr. Gretz is an AMAZING Dentist and Surgeon! My fiance had all of his teeth removed and a brand new set of dentures put in at the same appointment. You would think that this is it would take hours but it was so quick, Dr. Gretz and his Team DEFINITELY know what they are doing. They are all greatly informed and educated in this practice. My fiance absolutely loves his new dentures and they fit perfectly!! Plus, I had five fillings done, and Dr. Gretz and his Associates work together so well and get the job done... and I COMPLETELY trust ALL of them with my dental health. If you're looking for a great Dentist and Surgeon...or if you need dentures, I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Gretz because you get your dentures the same time as you get your teeth removed. If I could rate them more than five stars I definitely would. Thank you Dr. Gretz & your wonderful team!

I had the best experience I've ever had at a dentist here. They fit me into their schedule the same day I called (as a new patient) actually within the hour. Dr Gretz made me feel so comfortable. Ashlea was also wonderful. Everyone was so nice and I'll never go anywhere else!

He was highly recommended by several of my friends so far they are amazing the staff are all super nice clean office im a big baby i get anxiety attacks terrified of dentist but they made me feel better and relaxed
