Very polite, very prompt, straight to the point about Dental issues, and what needs to be done first. Answers any questions you have.

Had nothing but issues with this place/with this dentist. It took over a YEAR to get just four cavities taken care of. And the last filling I got at this place before I stopped going, I have had to deal with pulsing pain and sensitivity issues since. My cavity was supposedly "taken care of" FOUR YEARS AGO. Still have to deal with the effects of it today. One of my teeth required a root canal. Was told it would require four separate appointments to get this done and to come back on a specific day for this specific problem on this specific tooth BY the dentist. Sure, fine. Several weeks pass, day of the appointment comes by. Now, this is where I have an issue. I get called back, do the whole work up with the assistant now I'm sitting in the chair and waiting. Marsden comes in, "So what are we doing today?" I say I'm here for my root canal. I am then told AFTER all of that, that they can't do a root canal on this particular tooth at the office and that I have to go to a specialist. I highly recommend you don't go here.

Dr Marsden is a great dentist. He explains things and explains options. He can give a shot that you won't even feel. His office staff is really nice too. I definitely recommend them.

Whoever their secretary was today, was very rude and standoffish. I was just calling to try to find a dentist who could take my Cigna dental and my pregnancy Medicaid and she barked at me telling me I didn't have any benefits through Medicaid for dental because I'm not under 21. I told her I was pregnant and she said it didn't matter. She's wrong by the way, I do have benefits under dentaquest because I'm pregnant and I have up to $250 to spend with that insurance so long as I get the work done while I'm pregnant. It doesn't appear marsden takes that plan, which is fine, but don't tell me I don't have any benefits when you're wrong and I heard really good things about marsden but she did not make me feel comfortable and unfortunately chased me off real quick with her ugly attitude.

New to the area and was trying to find a new dentist for me and my 2 year old. There was only one other patient in the office and we waited in the room for almost an hour. He didn't even introduce himself or address me directly when he did finally come in. He mocked my daughter when she started crying because she was scared. Didnt see the brown spot on my daughters front tooth and when I asked about it he didnt look again just said "I didn't see anything they look great but we can schedule a filling for her in a few weeks." Said mine looked fine after my previous dentist said I had cavities that need to be addressed. Saw him for maybe 5 minutes and that was it.. No cleanings, no fluoride treatments just "looked" at our teeth. Then scheduled another visit a month and a half later. The staff is nice and I would usually just stick something like this out because we are a military family and move often but I honestly don't even want him cleaning mine or my daughters teeth.

I was 18 when I had my root canal done there and literally a month later that cap broke, he put in a new cap and you guessed it, it broke again, i ended up going to another Dentist where they told me that he shouldn't have even tried to cap it a 2nd time that the root that marsden had put in needed to come out. Never ever EVER go here

Where is zero stars? This dentist is rough, rude and should not be practicing. My dad has dental implants for his dentures. This dentist placed the brackets that the dentures snap into. 2 years later the dentures broke (because they were made too thin to begin with by this dentist). He suggested replacing the bracket. After trying to remove it with pliers ( this could have dislodged the implants from the jaw put in by an oral surgeon) we found out the brackets he placed 2 years ago have been obsolete for 15 years. Now no one has the proper tool to remove the bracket because they are so far out of date. He has charged my dad thousands of dollars and ruined multiple sets of dentures, and we have nothing to show for it. Every time my dad goes to him he hurts him, he is rude, he doesnt acknowledge or speak when he enters the room. My dad is 84 and should never be taken advantage of like this.. not to mention the pain he has endured borders on elder abuse. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

My experience has been great. I have not had any pain what so ever and I am sure my visit to have the crown put on will be the same. I highly recommend his and his staff's work.

Dr Marsden is very knowledgeable and has always taken very good care of my family's dental needs. After having bad experiences with other dentists and having found Dr Marsden, I wouldn't trust any other dentist. His staff is friendly and attentive.

I just recently had Jennifer at Dr. Marsden's office clean my teeth. She not only cleaned my teeth but also gave a lot of good advice and instructions that will help me to better care for my teeth and gums. Great Job!

Dr. Marsden was amazing at everything thing he ever performed. Brenda, one of his Dental Hygienist was also one that I was very glad to call my friend. She has the most gentle hands and I really appreciated her. I would highly recommend anyone to take advantage of their excellent customer care. Johnny Silvas
