Dr. Johann Hans Hochstrasser moved back to Walworth county to be closer to family. Settling in Elkhorn and practicing in Delavan has been a nice fit and hes thrilled to be practicing in Elkhorn now. Previously he practiced in Eugene, Oregon for 6 years. He received both his undergraduate degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa in 2009. While he enjoys all aspects of dentistry, Dr. Hans is especially focused on implant and restorative dentistry utilizing minimally invasive dentistry techniques. He also is interested in Invisalign orthodontics and implant-supported overdentures. He has been affiliated with the American Dental Association since 2007. Outside of the office, Dr. Hans can be found skiing, biking, helping coach his kids youth baseball and soccer teams and spending time with his family. His wife is originally from Lake Geneva and they have four children, a daughter and three sons.

Dr. Thomas is a native of Michigan and attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors in 1988. Following 5 years as a dentist with the US Navy, he and his wife relocated to Wisconsin and entered private practice. He has been seeing patients in Elkhorn since 1995, with the emphasis of his practice on family and general dentistry. He particularly enjoys cosmetic restorative dentistry, where his skill and experience shine.

Dr. Thomas has a strong educational background in other areas including restorative dentistry, periodontal or gum treatment, partial and full dentures, oral diagnosis and dental implant restorations. He works closely with and refers to the best specialists in oral surgery, orthodontics, pediatrics, endodontics, and periodontics. Dr. Thomas keeps current with the latest information and techniques in dentistry through continuing education courses and active membership in the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the local dental society.
