I LOVE this office! Dr. Cheng is a very honest dentist and doesn't try to get thousands of dollars out of you. I actually moved to Tallahassee two years ago and I still come back to Clermont for my cleanings. I highly recommend!

Dr. Chang is a very reasonable and reliable person, he will always make sure you feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedures. My whole family goes to him and never had any problems. Definitely recommend.

The staff is very cordial. Always timely but gives the patient as much time and attention to detail as wanted/needed. Dr. Cheng is great!

Dr. Cheng He and his staff were Wonderful to deal with. My original reason for going was a cleaning and check up and to see if I could have some crowns improved in my top section doctor Cheng was very responsive And gave me a couple of different options As it turned out I had to have a root canal done. Another story in a nightmare. Doctor Cheng and his staff were very responsive and very helpful in my over all situation. Very pleased.

I've never written a review before so this says a lot. i haven't been to the dentist in 6 years (I was around 11 years old last time i went to a dentist) I have severe ptsd and anxiety disorders and the dentist really triggers it. the hygienist debby was absolutely AMAZING. she reassured me and made sure to let me know she wasn't judging me and that she understands that i'm scared. she let me take breaks when I started to feel sick. then dr cheng came in, who is HILARIOUS. he went through different options to find what was best for me in that moment AND in the long run. the receptionists are also hilarious. I have to go get cavities filled so hopefully that experience will be just as good. thank you guys for being patient with me and understanding my ptsd and anxiety! -madison

I will first point out how scared I am of going to the dentist. Unfortunately, going is part of my health. I was going to a different dentist practice which was good but very long wait even with appointments. But I needed to be seen ASAP due to a broken/chipped tooth. Dr. Cheng's office was able to fit me in within a few days. My experience with Dr Cheng and his staff was great . I've visited several dentist offices from NYC, IL to FL. and First, the staff was very welcoming and kind. I can tell they love working for Dr Cheng. second Dr Cheng knew of my fear but he naturally made me feel comfortable. No special incense or lighting just how he worked on me and how he naturally made me laugh. Unfortunately, for payment it burned a small hole in my pocket but dentist Insurance is like animal insurance not enough coverage. But i was not upset with price, I've spent a lot on dental as is i understand and if you want quality then you need to pay for it. I was told after that I could of asked for a payment plan but my mouth was too swollen to ask so i just paid it in full. Overall I was very satisfied with Dr Cheng's practice and plan on being a loyal client . The office was clean, the chairs are private, the teamwork with staff was amazing and most important the Dr was attentive and genuinely caring. I foresee better discipline in my visits. They even work with my work schedule . Thank you Dr. Cheng and staff.

I have been going to Dr. Cheng for YEARS, I wouldn't go anywhere else and have trusted my entire family to him and will not even consider going to another Dental practice. His assistants are very timely, little to no wait, and yes he is very busy, but that is what you will find with a dentist practice that is doing great work !

Dr Cheng and his staff are so AWESOME! I had a broken tooth and had to make a last minute appointment today as a new patient and they were able to get me in and see me. Not only that but EVERYONE in that office was extremely nice and caring I actually felt the love in that office! They gave me a game plan on how to fix all my bad teeth at an affordable price and even even shaved down my razor sharp broken tooth! Dr Cheng and his staff are extremely professional and actually care about you, your not just another paitent. Iv never had such a great dental experience I just wish id found him sooner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!!!

VERY impressed. Not only is the whole office sincerely kind and genuine...but they don't try to "upsell" you like so many other local dental offices. My previous dentist always used scare tactics to try to sell me thousands of $ of arguably unnecessary follow-up stuff. The current dentist seems extremely knowledgeable and works to SAVE time & money---and dismissed the same things my other dentist used car sales tactics to try to get me to do. Dr. Chen is SUPER nice and wise too!

Had a back molar that was cracked on all 4 corners and split down the middle! They got me in within two days and put a temporary crown on and I was on my way! Went back a week later to get my crown on and it's been great !!! The receptionist Angie, and Dr Tom and his assistant were ALL CARING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! Would highly recommend this dentist office!
