Dr. Volck chose Dr. Busdiecker to join him at his practice based upon his knowledge, years of experience,and exceptionalpatient care. Tina is another one of our beloved office associates, and worked with Dr. Volck for 9 years starting in 1993. She is back with us now since 2017 and we couldn't be more thrilled! She has a combined 31 years of dental assisting and front office experience and is certified in radiology and CPR. She is a detail oriented perfectionist with a severe sweet tooth and an unhealthy relationship with the label maker. She loves spending time with her husband, her daughters, and her 7 grandchildren.

Holley is the friendly face you see when you first step into our office, and is a little ray of sunshine to everyone who comes in contact with her! She is one of our Treatment Coordinators, and is certified in CPR. She helps keep our front office in check and has a background as a Dental Assistant. Holley has 2 fur babies- Midge & O-P. In her free time, she enjoys boating, camping, and hanging out with friends and family. Holley has aspirations of renovating homes 'Joanna Gaines style', on the side, and is in the process of getting her Realtors License.

Lauren is the Marketing and Technology manager for Dr. Volck's office. She developed & manages our website, does our multi-media marketing, and writes our blog. She has 10 years of marketing & business management background & owns a Marketing & web development company. Lauren and her husband David, have four children. In their free time you will find them boating, swimming, or at the beach. Lauren's personal hobbies include nutrition/ cooking, swimming, rock climbing, weight lifting, building websites, CAD, home renovation, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lori is one of our Dental Hygienists and is certified in Radiology and CPR. She has worked in the dental field for 20 years and truly loves her job. Lori and her husband John have been married for 31 years and have 3 children and 6 grandkids. In her free time Lori loves to be active, go camping, vacationing, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Wendy joined our team in August 2019 and fit in immediately. Wendy has 14 years of dental hygiene experience and is certified across the board. She is passionate about hygiene education and loves to meet our existing and new patients. Wendy and her husband Bryan have been married for 35 years and have 2 daughters and 2 grand sons. They also have 2 fur babies- Norton and Bailey. In her spare time you can find Wendy in her sewing room, hiking, bicycling, and spending time with her family.

Missy is one of our Dental Hygienists and is certified in Radiology and CPR. She has worked in the dental field for 13 years and truly loves her job. Missy has 4 kids and 5 grandkids and enjoys refinishing furniture, gardening, landscaping, and cooking.

Crystal is one of our Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDA) and has all her her Radiology and CPR certifications. She specializes in crowns and fillings and truly loves her job. Crystal has been in dentistry for 16 years. Her and her husband Aaron have been married for 11 years and has a daughter, and fur baby, Mader. Crystal loves UD basketball and in her free time loves being around friends and family, and being at the beach.

Brittany is one of our Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDA) and has all her her Radiology and CPR certifications. She specializes in crowns and fillings and truly loves her job. Brittany has two boys and loves taking them to see exotic cars, to the park, and to the pool. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and believes that life is best spent making the most of every moment.

Alisha is one of our Expanded Function Dental Assistants and has all of her Radiology and CPR certifications. She recently joined our team and is already a fun-loving joy to have around. She specializes in Crown design and enjoys all things dental! Alisha enjoys spending time with her kids and fur babies. In her free time, you can find her outdoors- hiking or planting flowers in her garden- and spending time with her family!

Miranda is one of our Treatment Coordinators, is a Dental Assistant, and is certified in radiology and CPR and attends several CE seminars with other staff members throughout the year. She has been in Dentistry for since 2008 years and been with Dr.Volck's office since Feb of 2015. Miranda loves working with patients & specializes in crown design. Miranda loves her husband Eric and son. In her free time, Miranda bakes for special events, does home renovation, and loves to hang out with her husband, son, family, friends, and fur baby.

Kenzie is another one of our beloved Treatment Coordinators and is a dental assistant. She has been a dental assistant since 2013 and has her Radiology license and is CPR certified. Kenzie has been with Dr. Volcks office since summer 2018. Outside of work, she is a hunter, wife, and mommy to her 2 daughters. Kenzie loves hunting with her husband Brandon and adores spending time with her family, 3 nephews, 2 niece, and fur babies Lena and Piper.

Paula is a Certified Dental Assistant with X-ray and CPR certifications. She has been with Dr Volck's team since 2013 and attends several CE seminars throughout the year. She specializes in surgical treatment, and is a licensed phlebotomist. She loves helping patients get the smile they've always dreamed of. Paula enjoys watching the Bengals and Buckeyes and spending time with her 5 children and 4 grandchildren and her husband of over 30 years.

Ambria (who goes by Bri) is a Dental assistant who is certified in Radiology and CPR. Bri has been in the field of dentistry for 6 years and specializes in surgery. She recently joined our team and is already a fun-loving joy to have around.Bri has two children, a daughter and son. In her free time, she loves taking her kids to their various sports and activities and enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, and traveling. Her personal hobbies include cooking, shopping, and being a mommy.

Heather joined our team in July and was loved by all immediately. She has more than 20 years of dental experience and is passionate about her job. Heather and her husband Jeff have been married for 22 years and have 2 kids, Shelby & Michael. They also have a german short hair pointer, 2 house cats, and two naked cats. In her spare time you can find Heather and her family riding around on Side by sides, hunting,cooking, and hanging out with her family.

Hunter is another one of our beloved front office ladies and has been with Dr. Volcks team since 2018. She receivedher bachelors of science in microbiology in 2011, and is both CPR and Phlebotomy certified. She is married to her best friend, Ethan, and theyhave two sons, Ace & Eli .Hunter loves spending time with her family, hiking, & outdoor activities.

Katie is our new sweet and spunky EFDA at the office. Katie graduated with her EFDA from SInclair community college and is fully licensed and certified. She is married to her husband Zack, has two boys, Brock and Lincoln,and two fur babies- Star and Cora. Katie loves having a good time, spending quality time with her little family, and doing anything outdoors. We are thankful she decided to join our team!
