Dr. Thomas C. Kelley is a native of Brookfield, Wisconsin. He graduated from Marquette University High School and attended Marquette University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Language, and a Minor in Chemistry, graduating with honors . Dr. Kelley was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the School of Dentistry at Marquette University in 1999, Dr. Kelley was accepted into the graduate program in Periodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. His graduate program in Periodontics consisted of three years of academics, clinical training, teaching responsibilities, and research. Dr. Kelley strove to advance patient care by investigating the effect of growth factors on gingival healing, 'The in Vitro Effects of Epidermal Growth Factor on the Growth Rate of Human Gingival Fibroblasts and Their Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase and Tissue Inhibitors of Matrix Metalloproteinase'.
To fund his research, Dr. Kelley was awarded grants from Indiana University, as well as the nationally competitive Delta Dental grant. In 2002, Dr. Kelley received his Masters of Science in Dentistry (M.S.D.) degree with a Major in Periodontics, Minor in Oral Pathology, and a Certificate to specialize in Periodontics.
We are a full-service periodontal surgery practice working with our patients to maintain and improve their oral health. Our periodontist believes in providing comprehensive periodontal care services including gum disease treatment to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best dental state possible.

I went in for a cleaning, the doctor didn't even clean my teeth, did not professionally brushed or anything he used a tool to remove glue off my teeth and left dents on the front of my teeth... I am so mad I'm going to sue this doctor!

Dr. Kelley has a pleasing personality however he isn't a good dentist. He didn't take x-rays. I had gone to him for 3 years and I know I had a cavity however he didn't do anything about it so I went elsewhere. Also his staff wasn't professional or good @ returning phone calls. Find someone who is interested in dental health - these people aren't.

Dr Kelley is an amazing periodontist. He helped recreate my smile with implants. I am very grateful.His staff was extremely helpful working with my insurance. He has a great office and it's COVID-19 compliant.

This office is terrible at returning phone calls even when you leave many messages. The staff is lackadaisical and they really don't care about the patients. I'm finding another dentist since these people don't care either way.

I've had a few dental treatments completed. Although I experience very high anxiety, Dr. Kelley always talks to me and calms my nerves. The office staff is very polite and handled my calls with ease. Overall a very good experience. *always brush and floss :) **

The office was able to get me in a week after the date I called and Dr Kelley was fast, thorough and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Kelley is a great dentist. He has two office locations- one in Shorewood and one in Brookfield. I was able to schedule at either office. His staff has always been helpful.They made working with my insurance easy. I have had great results following my periodontal surgery. I trust Dr Kelley's expertise.

Dr Kelley was recommended to me by my general dentist for an implant. My front tooth broke and could not be repaired again. I decided to have an implant placed by Dr Kelley and now my smile looks better than ever . I recommend Dr Kelley's office to everyone. Thank you Dr Kelley.

See Dr Kelley! I am extremely grateful to Dr Kelley for helping me and my daughter. My daughter required a gum surgery for correction of recession after having braces. He did a grafting procedure and fixed it. We were so happy with the result that I had to see him myself to replace my damaged teeth with implants. I trusted his expertise again and now I have a great smile. Thank you Dr Kelley for eveything!

I met with this dentist once for a cleaning, all he did was take extras and polish my teeth, but yet charged me an additional $100 for a detailed evaluation for this visit. There was no detailed evaluation with this exam and they refused to deduct these charges off my bill. He did not floss, or scrape any plaque off my teeth. I received a past due bill 5 months after my visit and claimed they sent me other bills but I did not receive them. The lady on the phone was rude and not helpful. I will never go back to this dentist or refer them to anyone I know. If you want a true cleaning and exam this is not the dentist to go to.
