My husband was experiencing discomfort went to this dentist and just wanted his teeth pulled they insisted he could save the two teeth that were bothersome they filled the teeth leaving my husband in more pain then what he originally had going in there the next day he went to a different dentist and they pulled the teeth and said they should have never been filled!

I hadnt been to a dentist in 10 years, cuz my upkeep routine was "ok" but my wizzies started coming in more and some cavities finally started rearing up as well, so I knew it was due time, after severe sleep destroying pain in my back right bottom jaw started giving me major heck. I called in and they scheduled with me very quick 2-3 days later(decently around my schedule), even in knowing I could be a slight financial annoyance due to my lack of insurance. Not a single person in that whole office was sour in my exp there, Amy was one of the main dental assistants that pertained to me before I could be seen by Thomas. She treated me like I had been in the office a week before and for years. Same as Thomas, and the other major assistants that were around. They helped me identify all major problems and potential future ones, helped me with a deep clean, and routed the best options for my personal dental longevity as well as gave me multiple payment options for my situation. If youre ever in the Northeastern OH area and have dental needs please go here. There was no incentive for me to write any of this btw, nobody told me to give a google review like many places do, theyre just so good that I felt compelled to.

Came in for an issue, supposedly issue was fixed, charged me a ridiculous price, problem comes back, went to a different dentist, turns out it wasn't fixed and they used temporary filling and said it was a permanent one. Now I have to spend even more money at this new dentist to fix what they claimed was fixed

Had severe tooth pain over the weekend, called on Sunday and they got me in first thing Monday morning. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and took care of my problem I left there pain free and will now be using them as my dentist. I have severe panic disorder and they did everything to make me comfortable and as pain free as possible.

Payment plan was very helpful. BUT the procedures and pricing miscommunication were a mess! Luckily I had everything noted on my chart (which I requested). They were sending bills for more than double which i did not agreed to. They kept pushing for me to pay it. So, I decided to ask the advice of a lawyer online. I did as he instructed (what they were doing is illegal). I called the office to request paperwork in a nicely calm manner as told to do. Three days later I received a revised bill with the exact agreed amount. I Never received the paperwork though. They were initial real nice but with the pricing issue, it left me feeling concerned for any further treatments. I deal with depression, I've learned to not give in and let ppl take advantage of you.

I've been seeing Dr.Thomas for years. I adore my hygienist, everyone in the office does a great job. Now my daughter sees him too, and the dentist is her favorite place.

The dentist didn't listen to a word I had to say about the discomfort I was experiencing from my wisdom teeth, all I wanted was a referral to get them removed but he insisted I keep them. He filled a cavity in the upper right wisdom tooth which didn't stick and they had to redo a week after. A year later (July 2022) the filling came out, I went back to get that checked out. They didn't fill it, cleaned my teeth, and told me braces would fix the issues I'm having. 2 days ago I was brushing my teeth and a piece of my wisdom tooth broke off, so I called and went to a different dentist to get a second opinion, and to make a long story short my wisdom teeth absolutely need to come out. My upper right is practically falling a part. Dr Thomas' equipment is so outdated, my new dentist couldn't get an accurate reading and redid them free of charge. Dr Thomas also never did a panoramic x ray, not sure if he even has the equipment to do so. All I know, is he made me feel dumb, didn't listen to me when it came to my body and discomfort, and pushed braces that have no business being in my mouth until the issues I'm having already are taken care of (braces was scheduled for this month) so please take this into consideration if you are a patient or looking into being a new patient with this dentist.

I love this office!! They are like family. Jacci fully bonded my teeth and talks to me like I've known her my entire life. I used to hate smiling and would cover my mouth based on chips and cavities. Now I smile all day long!! Dr Thomas told me my house was on fire when I first went but told me they don't judge and would get me fixed. They went above and beyond

Great place! I have not gone to the dentist in years with no excuse. I needed a good amount of things taken care of! They got me right in, and as a self pay patient I felt at ease with the price at the end of my treatment! Would highly recommend!

I cannot give this place a high enough rating. 5 stars doesn't even begin to cover it! I went to this practice for the first time today dealing with some severe dental pain. I was a new patient and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning after calling over the weekend. I have severe dental anxiety and everyone here went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. After receiving care for 4 hours, I feel completely renewed and confident in my smile! Every single employee I encountered was SO kind and even held my hands and did deep breathing with me to help calm down. I love this place and will be returning here for all of my dental needs in the future. I cannot thank these people enough!

Dr Thomas and his son are amazing. Make sure you get a quote previously to work done ,price wise. Went in for cosmetic work out of curiosity. Told them what I wanted to spend ..repeatedly gave my limit. Didn't realize I was being ignored. It was 4 times the price. I paid it just to get out of there,and not have to deal with it. Found a place with better prices. That listened.

I had an issue occur on Saturday they got me in asap. The staff are amazing, so friendly, gentle and caring. I will be making this my permanent dentist office. Plus my issue was quickly resolved!!!

I went there for my regular cleaning and to assess pain in my impacted wisdom tooth. Ended up getting a root planing and gum scaling for 3.5 hours with no warning of what it entailed or meant and pawing $400 out of pocket after insurance. Developed massive sores and cuts all over my mouth that did not go away from 12 days after. Called on the 9th day they had me come back in denied any responsibility or correlation to my mouth sores and cuts and insisted I get my two fillings done aside met my deductible for the year and it would be free for me. another hour and a half later of more pain and I owed MORE money. But hey I still have wisdom tooth pain and issues. Did not address that at all. Never again.

I had a terrible experience. The dentist was nice but had no clue what to do to a tooth I was having issues with. The staff is completely disorganized. The red haired lady who makes retainers had an entire conversation with me about how I had Invisalign in the past and she makes a retainer for someone with metal braces! I paid $500 for my clear retainers. She tries to fix the situation and 2 weeks later I come to try the correct clear retainers and the top one doesn't fit at all. My grandmother passed away the day before I came in to try the trays and she's extremely rude yelling and arguing with me why it won't fit on top wanting me to wait for the dentist to check it. I couldn't take anymore when I found out my very quieter and kind nephew that went there years ago actually got smacked in the face by her so figured maybe the dentist figured out how upset she's making patients since I never asked for my $500 back I paid up front and I left the retainers on their tray. I'm hoping he can take my $500 to hire a better person who was more professional. This is after I went in several times for the dentist to look at me and have no idea why my tooth is sensitive and still somewhat painful after he sent me to his wife who's also a dentist for a root canal. Thank God after the 5th visit with no help being sent back home to "wait it out" I found a new amazing dentist who found the tooth was actually cracked in half and had to be removed. I'm now out of pain

My fiance broke a tooth on Sunday evening and we got in the same night. A plan was made and we were able to fix the tooth and get braces on a plan that was very affordable. We are very happy with the transparency and friendliness of the staff. They are our new dentists.

I went in to have a tooth fix had to go back 2 weeks later then 2 weeks after that he sent me to his wife that charged me 900 for a root cancel. Then he talked me into braces got them never did anything I wasn't told to do and they fell off left and right all for them to yell at me and say it was my fault took them off my self and had issues with my gum lines every sense don't go here
