Im a registered Dental Hygienist and I joined Dr. Robinsons practice in September of 2020. Ive been a Dental Hygienist for over 35 years and I absolutely love what I do, its my passion to provide excellent oral healthcare. Both the Doctor and I strongly believe that providing the best medical care in a comforting and nurturing environment will yield not only great results, but also, happy patients. As the newest member of the practice, now that Im part of this family, I cant wait to meet you and your family.

I was very pleased with the Doctor. And he treated me professionally and although I hate dentists, he was, an exception. I am in a wheelchair and need assistance every where I go. I was in pain and needed to see a dentist. I waited a week to see Dr. Robinson. I was late by less than 15 minutes due to construction on middle country rd. I had to drive slowly due to my motorized wheelchair attached to my vehicle. I arrived, and was told by the receptionist that I was late and they could not see me. I pleaded with her and was told no. Be on time. This is while I was having the wheelchair taken off the car waiting to ride into the office. I left and stayed professional and went back to work, still in pain. Called and spoke to the Doctor and he told me he did not care that I was disabled in a wheelchair, and if I was late I would be turned away. That shocked me and I wished him well an ended the call. I do not see this as a compassionate dr., but rather allowing his receptionist to determine his policy and no exceptions for anyone in a wheelchair 24-7 who needs an additional person just for me to drive anywhere. I hope he never experiences a disability because he, at that moment showed himself to be uncaring and without compassion. With part of my leg/ankle missing, I had a valid reason for being several minutes late. I do not wish I'll of anyone. I really thought better if him than the way I was treated. He deserved 5 stars prior to this experience and his staff now deserves a zero for their uncaring attitude.
