Third Street Dental - General dentist in Columbus, OH

At Third Street Dental, Dr. Glamm believes in the power of a smile. She focuses on building personal relationships with each of her patients and providing the highest quality of care possible. Her treatment philosophy is conservative with an emphasis on looking at the big picture. She wholeheartedly believes in comprehensive treatment and has completed care plans along a wide spectrum, including many full-mouth cases. She is passionate about overall wellness and believes that dentistry plays a crucial role in a persons health and wellbeing!

Dr. Glamms college career started at Ohio State University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition in 2003, graduating Magna Cum Laude. To this day, shes very passionate about food as medicine! She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Ohio State University College of Dentistry, followed by a prestigious General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. During this time, she received advanced training in a number of valuable skills, including dental implant placement, IV sedation, third molar extractions, complex prosthodontics, and more. She was also voted as Resident of the Year!

Following her schooling, Dr. Glamm owned her own cosmetic and family practice in Denver, CO for a full decade that she built from scratch. During this time, she was voted Top Dentist in Denver by her peers for eight straight years. Continuing education is also a big priority for her; so far, she is certified in Invisalign, BOTOX for cosmetic purposes, TMJ treatment, and diode laser treatment. She is especially interested in the connection between healthy sleeping/breathing and how that intersects with overall health. She has been studying the signs and symptoms that show up in the mouth to help identify these issues quicker and more clearly.

During her time in Colorado, Dr. Glamm was also a faculty member at the University of Colorado, where she worked with dental students in a clinical setting. She was voted Favorite Part Time Faculty by the class of 2014! She also served as the executive director of the faculty practice prior to starting her own dental office.

For Dr. Glamm, creating and maintaining close relationships is such a wonderful part of her job both with patients and her team members. She loves getting to know people over time and working closely with new arrivals to help them develop a custom plan for their oral health and smile. She even uses facially generated treatment planning so that she can start with each patient as a person first before working her way towards the teeth. Whether they need help with getting out of pain, maintaining health, restoring their bite, or simply achieving the smile theyve always dreamed of, she cant wait to help them reach where they want to be! And in return, our patients appreciate her gentle, caring touch.

Dr. Glamm and her husband are both originally from Ohio, living in Denver for 13 years after she graduated from dental school. They decided to move back because they wanted to raise their two kids in Ohio and near the rest of their families! In her spare time, shes passionate about healthy eating and cooking at home, as well as enjoying the international food scene Columbus has to offer. Her family is also big on doing anything outdoors (running, hiking, camping, skiing, running you name it) and exploring Ohio. Shes obsessed with Ohio State Buckeye football and likes to destress with yoga too.

Dr. Hamza and Jeri-Lynn were very comforting during my first ever cavity fillings. I was a little nervous at first but they made me feel comfortable with the situation and were very warm-hearted people with a great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend going here!

The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable! My hygienist Heather was so kind, and quick to answer questions. Dr. Hamza is patient and gentle through out the whole procedures. I was told to call or come back if I had questions. I will be returning to Third Street Dental in the future.

Just had an amazing experience with Kandy! She did the most thorough teeth cleaning I've probably ever had. Everyone was very friendly and the whole experience was comfortable. I normally get nervous before the dentist, and I tend to get anxiety but they did such a good job and calmed all of my nerves. Also very clean and in the cutest part of German Village! Highly recommend!

I have to give this place a one star review because they did not listen to my concerns about x-rays. On my initial appointment to this place I told them I did not want to get x-rays. A couple years went by and they came to me one day and told me I could not be a patient there unless I received x-rays from that point onward.

YOU BETTER REALLY WATCH OUT FOR DR. BUCK'S OFFICE STAFF. I just spoke with Amy who files insurance claims using the excuse "they are providing a higher level of care" so they can bill as periodontists even though THEY ARE NOT. The hygienist who just cleaned my teeth four days ago, Diana, is the same hygienist who has periodically cleaned my teeth in the past when my regular hygienist could not. Diana has never measured my gums and we never discussed any periodontal maintenance. She knew I was seeing a a actual periodontists between my visits with her. Periodontists take special attention to your gums, measuring any gum recession, which is what Sarah does at Dr. Rotenberg's office who is periodontist. Amy also claimed she is not returning my $98 that they had on their books since last year. What kind of business hold onto someone money and do not send a check indicating there was a overpayment. Amy said I should have known if I read my EBO statement. For your information Amy the EBO states what the insurance pays, not what the balance on account. That is the responsibility of the office. I have never received statement in mail from DR. BUCK indicating I had $98 on my account. In message three days ago I Amy said I had $98 on my account and today she said I said that amount is now $7 because they now have taken money (without my permission) to applied it to the remaining costs of periodontal maintenance, even though they are NOT PERIODONTISTS. Normally difference at Dr. Rotenberg's office after insurance pays is $15. So what excuse do DR. BUCK HAS FOR THE REST OF MONEY. DR. BUCK SHOULD DO THE RIGHT THING AND SEND ME A CHECK FOR $98.

Thrilled!! I had been in traditional braces when I was a kid but over the years my teeth had shifted quite a bit , I really wanted to get a straighter smile again and Dr. Glamm helped me achieve just that! I started Invisalign June 2021 and really was diligent about wearing my trays and checking in with Dr. Glamm on time and Today I'm officially done! WooHoo! I am so happy with the results ! Dr Glamm, Billie, JeriLynn and Marie were all so great during the process thank you so much and I'd 100% recommend!

I have been receiving dental care at this site for the past 34 years and have stayed through multiple dentists - Dr Friedman & Dr Mulholland - a building fire in the building, and multiple renovations. I have had no complaints about this practice until whoever this latest owner is took over. I showed up for my appointment last November 2020 and wasn't informed there would be a change in ownership or dentist. At that appointment I was told I needed fillings done - which I went through with. After following up with another dentist for a second opinion- I discovered it was just a money grab and was completely unnecessary dental work. Now fast forward to October of 2021 - I just received a final notice for a bill that I have not received a first, second or third notice and when they called to update my address this past Friday didn't even inform me on the call that I had an overdue bill. There are quite a few good dental practices in this city and this is NOT one of them. Avoid.

I got a text about an appointment that I do not recall scheduling. I believe the practice must have scheduled me a year out from my last visit, so it was not on my radar. I cancelled, and they said it would be $75 to cancel, even though I was more than 24 hours ahead of the appt. Apparently they require 48 hrs, which I've never experienced from any medical practice, ever. The patient experience has also changed since the new owners took over, the staff seems unhappy, and the office manager is rude and unprofessional.

Usually going to the dentist is not always a good experience but I felt very relaxed and comfortable dealing with the young lady who cleaned my teeth. I will give her a 10/10 for amazing personality, care and kindness. I love this place and I will recommend it to anyone in the Columbus area. Great job Lexi!

As a new patient, Third Street Dental scheduled an appointment and was able to see me in a very timely manner. They maintain clear and consistent contact prior to my visit and communicated very clearly about the work they were doing during the visit. Their skill and experience was impossible to miss while they completed the work, and I would recommend them to anyone.
