The Frankes moved to the Frankfort area in 1994. Dr. Jana relocated from Pickford, in Michigans Upper Peninsula, while Dr. Walt arrived from the Detroit area. Their affection for the community is evident when they describe how they chose it:
Their dental office has a rich history as the oldest one still active in Benzie County. It was started by Dr. Pate in the 1930s and was subsequently taken over by Dr. Manz in the 1980s before Dr. Bieszka ran it in the late 80s and early 1990s. The Frankes bought the practice in 1994 and relocated it to a new facility in 1996. Since then, they have striven to provide their patients with the ultimate dental experience. With a family atmosphere, highly educated and extensively trained employees, and the latest in dental technology, our goal is to give our patients the ideal smiles they ask for and deserve.
