I have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to contact me about my dentures that were supposed to take 2 weeks. I called and was informed they have switched companies. Very disappointed. Update After waiting 3 months and a change from a complete set of dentures to just the bottom dentures I was given a survey, I wrote I was not satisfied. This dentist and her assistant would not allow me to leave until I changed what I wrote. I had to ask this dentist 2x to take her hands off of me. No one should ever have to experience a dentist and her assistant preventing you by physical touching you to make you change your review. This is absolutely the truth. I will take a lie detector test.

Worst place ever !!!!! Employee doesn't know how to talk to people!!!! And without people you'll would not have a job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So unacceptable

Excellent and friendly service by the staff and Dr. Rodrigo. I feel relaxed and calm when I have a dentist appointment since I she has been my dentist. I've been going to this dentist for over 6 years and I always recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Excellent and friendly service by the staff and Dr. Rodrigo. I feel relaxed and calm when I have a dentist appointment since I she has been my dentist. I've been going to this dentist for over 6 years and I always recommend her to all of my friends and family.

My son and I went for dental work and we will use her going forward. Everyone is friendly, my appointments are completed on time and she was gentle with us. Going to the dentist is always a struggle for me, I am glad that I found a good place to go.

I would never send anyone to this place. First off, when you go to the dentist you already have anxiety about going. I know, I do well. This place made it 10x worse. The xray machine is so old and wasn't fitting inside my mouth. Mind you my mouth is sore and hurts. Throbbing pain. The parts to the machine were popping off into my mouth like a rubber band. And hurt so bad. The dental assistant was so nice and sweet and tried her best to make comfortable, but I sat waiting to the room alone for the dentist a hour after my appointment before the dentist Thilani even came in the room. She was so rude to her assistant. I don't know why she works for her, but not only rude to her but rude to me. She didnt introduce herself to me. Ask me how I was feeling, what was the reason for me coming into today. Nothing she is pulling around in my mouth and yanking my lips and using her tool she had in my mouth to move my head instead of asking me. I was very uncomfortable and pissed. I was on fire inside. Mean why my teeth are throbbing with pain. I have wisdom teeth that need to be pulled and all this time I bulid up confidence to go and this place can't even help me. They don't have laughing gas to put you to sleep, but after they way this dentist treated me. I wouldnt let her touch my teeth. Even with all of pain. If she could take them out. She needs to be put out of business and investigated. All she kept saying was teeth needed pulled and not explaining which ones not explain anything to me at all. So 3 hours being in this hell hole. I still walked out of that office same way. I came in!!! And who knows how much my insurance will be paying her. For absolutely nothing!!!! Just because you have Medicaid insurance doesn't mean you are a low life and should be treated in such but that's how I felt and my teeth hurt more then they did when I left before I got there. People need to stay far away from this little white house!!!! I will never be back and If I can stop anyone from going there. Trust me I will stop it!!!! The worst day of my life and a wasted!!!
