I highly recommend Dr. Bogs, she's the best! Her staff is great also! It's wonderful to have Dr. Bogs right here in Monee where I live. 5 stars from me!

Dr. Bogs as well as all her staff are amazing. I take my whole family here twice a year. Extremely friendly and personable staff. You aren't just a number here. Hours are great too. We live over an hour away and will make the trip every time! Update 8-20-2022 Never thought the day would come that I'd never return. Since 2009 my family has come here. We have moved twice further away each time and still made the drive. On 8-18-2022 I was flossing and a small piece of my molar came off. It's the same molar I've had sensitivity issues with forever but my hygienist said it's fine and just applied ointment to decrease sensitivity. Just a few months back at my 6 month checkup I complained about it. So here we are now i call the office on Friday and leave a message as well as a message on Dr Bogs emergency line....no response. I called them right as they opened today and the rude receptionist said I can't be seen today. Then asked when I could come in during week. I said 230 is the earliest Mon through Fri. She puts me on hold and returns to say we can't see you til September 20th at 7pm!!!! Wow that's what loyalty gets you at this place. That's what referrals gets you at this place. I told the receptionist I guess it's time to find a new dentist...her response was ok good bye. I do not recommend this place for this reason and other reasons not described here as pertaining to other staff.

Called today looking for a new general dentist. Mine was located near an office that I no longer work at so I wanted somewhere close to home. I've been a Crete resident for over 25 years and very involved in the community of Crete/Monee. I've seen Dr. Bogs office every day on my drive to work, and with her now being the mayor of Monee, thought she'd be perfect - someone who cares about her community. When I called, the woman on the phone was SO rude. I asked if they were taking new patients, she said "depends on your availability and what you need done.". OK, well, that's odd, since the Humana website states that Dr. Bogs IS taking new patients and it's not "conditional" based on when I work or have time off. I explained that I work full time but could be there by 4 pm any day, or a Saturday. I was simply needing a new dentist that could do my 6 month checkups and cleanings. She said "well, with that limited availability, you'll be waiting a year to get in here, so we can't accept you". HUH?!! a YEAR to get in for a cleaning at 4 pm or later? I will find somewhere who ACTUALLY takes new patients.

I was seen right at my appointment time. My cleaning was thorough and I hardly felt anything (after the needles, lol). Ready to get the other side done soon as possible.

I was very happy with the care I received which was, a very large filling It was beautiful! No pain, the tooth looks like the way it was before the cavity, I am very grateful that my new Dentist Therese Bogs, DDS is so carring. Thank-you so much

Dr. Boggs and her staff have been nothing short of fantastic each and every visit. I've been going to her a few years now and have had some serious dental work done. She is always very kind and her entire office is always professional and friendly. I am one of those people that experiences serious anxiety just thinking about the dentist but knowing that this is the place I am going to, makes it a little bit easier. I would and do recommend her 1,000%.

I do not give reviews for any business I have ever done business with except for this one.There has never been one that has been so good,so consistent and always professional in every way.Many,many stars and thumbs up for Dr.Bogs and here complete staff.Thank you for all the years of great service.

5 star rating - Every person working there are so professional, friendly and nice it is a pleasure going to the dentist. Took me awhile to find a dentist I trusted and felt comfortable with, Dr. Bogs is great and I highly recommend her.

Get everything in writing when dealing with this dental office. After teeth aligning services are complete, they may not keep your impressions at their office (or through Clear Connect) which would force you to get new ones... on aligned teeth that may move over time! Also, they may tell you in the beginning your retainers will later be FREE for years only to attempt a "bait and switch" to get you to spend hundreds-thousands of dollars later buying them when you're done with your aligners. I don't recommend this dental office and suggest you find someone else.
