Dr. Theresa Segat is a Bergen County, N.J. dentist located on Spring Valley Road in Oradell. With over 25 years of experience as a trusted professional offering comprehensive, gentle family-friendly dental care, she has a long-standing reputation for quality in all she does.
Dr. Segat's additional years of experience, hospital education in two of New York's most prestigious dental programs, and higher-level training as a specialist in the field of prosthodontics, a specialty dedicated to the restoration of the oro-facial complex, provide hera unique perspective in achieving long-term success and durability for her patient treatments. In addition, her undergraduate background in Fine Arts combined with continuous advanced training in Cosmetic Dentistry and the latest in Dental Materials, provide the eye of an artist in Smile Design, for spectacular results in often as little as one to two visits. She has been ranked as one of America's Top Dentists by the Consumers Research Council for eleven consecutive years and was awarded Fellowship in the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Segat has lectured on dentistry both nationally and internationally, and has been recognized by the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, the Federation Dentaire Internationale, and the American College of Prosthodontists. She is a member and Past President of the NJ College of Prosthodontists, a member of the Northeast Gnathological Society, and has served for many years as a Trustee of the Bergen County Dental Society. In addition to her private practice in Oradell, she is on the dental teaching staff of Hackensack University Medical Center for Dentistry, and volunteers with the Bergen County Oral Cancer Coalition and with Dental Lifeline Network through the New Jersey Dental Association.

Dr. Segat is the best! The front desk is welcoming, friendly and makes you feel comfortable, so you have a good experience. They were accommodating and courteous. She answered all my questions and did an amazing job. I highly recommend!

Extremely thorough, caring, on time and flexible to busy schedules. She does the cleaning herself allowing more time to evaluate your teeth and mouth. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and truly cares about her patients and outcomes. Great clinician and better person.

Dr. Segat is the best dentist in NJ. I have been her patient for 30 years and thanks to her I still have my original teeth. She is almost obsessed with doing perfect work and uses the latest advances in technology. I recommend her with enthusiasm.
