We moved to the area two years ago and given coverage on my kids for dental work is limited in who would cover them I went with her out of necessity so the kids could stay current. Two years ago the receptionist told me they were legally allowed to say that the parent couldn't be in the room with their child. Mine was 8 years old and not only could I not be in the room but I couldn't send a phone in with him to keep him calm or monitor. I have not met the dentist because of the "law" the receptionist said was valid (which wasn't ANYWHERE but their office.) So yeah... No weekend hours, few week night hours and you won't actually talk to the parent? No thank you. I'll take my kids to my dentist instead. Which means I have to cancel the appointment they set without asking. What was the benefit? I'm in my forties and this is definitely my worst experience with a dentist and it wasn't even for me. It bugs me not knowing if they are actually doing anything for my kid that they should be doing. (Twice my kid didn't receive all the treatments he should have, one the x-ray machine was broken their first visit and we had to leave before they could do it on his next visit because they were unclear how much time should be allotted when they scheduled a double appointment for both my kids (again, not allowed in with either, not even scheduling...) bad experience overall on all levels, I'm afraid.

Great staff, very efficient, and appointments are quick. Very little wait times for appointments. I did not people having issues with missing appointments complaints, however the policies are very specific and detailed, therefore it is your responsibility. Back to back work is available but not required and for someone with little time, I found this to be a bonus. I'm an older former military member referred by the VA and could not be Hair with the care.

My daughter still has issues and pain from a filling she did a year ago !!! Heaven forbid you need big dental work done and compare estimates from other dentists and need copies of your x-rays or them to return your calls she harassed me non-stop trying to persuade me she was my best choice by far even tho she wanted $2,500 more than any other dentist SO CHILDISH AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS HORRIBLE HATEFUL AND RUDE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HER OFFICE PERIOD

My sons mouth is in pain due to havin filings from here bk to bk, an dont be late or miss 1 appointment weather its unexpected last min appointments they make or u if u dont show due to ur busy life's they will cut u off immediately. They don't care about their patients or their patients busy lives.

I have had excellent dental care here. The staf is kind & professional & the dentist gentle & caring! I highly recommend! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

My son went to her for a routine check up and she did inform me he would need a filling, we scheduled the appointment for a few weeks later. One day later he complained of severe pain in his mouth and when I checked him he had an obvious abscess that was quit large. How she missed this i will never know, but this is incredibly concerning that she either missed the infection in his mouth or did not care about this issue enough to refer him out to someone who could see him sooner. I immediately called Richard Prichard who had him taken care of the very next day.

Unprofessional Staff! While I was having dental work done they were too busy with there conversation to see me raising my hand in pain. The lady at the front desk is really rude and made a appointment for me without my knowledge. Zero Stars

Will discontinue you if you miss an appointment for a funeral. Yay, they did that not to mention they are over priced, staff is highly rude, and even claims your child dont belong to their father because they have never seen him. So NO I DONT RECOMMEND. I Only started using them due to long lines at Linda Moores. Worst ever mistake. Needless to say I'm back with Linda Moore, she is a wonder dentist, reasonably priced, and definitely cares about her patients.

My children will never go back here again. The receptionist is always rude and snobby and they make appointments for them without letting you know until the day before the appointment. They also try to do work that does not have to be done
