Dr. Nelson was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and moved with his family to the Boston area when he was 13. He is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He practiced in California with two of his professors before moving to Massachusetts to this office. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, Wachusett District Dental Society, The Academy of General Dentistry and Cerec Doctors. Dr. Nelson is active lobbying at Beacon Hill with a non-partisan, political organization solely dedicated to the advancement of the dental profession.
Dr. Nelson welcomes patients of all ages. His goal is to deliver premier dentistry to each patient in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Dr. Nelson enjoys all aspects of general dentistry including preventative, restorative, endodontics, prosthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr.Nelson is active in recruiting students to the dental profession. He often teaches college level Intro to Dentistry, and encourages prospective dental students to spend time shadowing he and his staff. Due to his experience in CEREC, Dr. Nelson is a part time clinical instructor at Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry. He is proud to have welcomed several of his past students into the dental profession.
Outside of the office Dr. Nelson is active in the Clinton Area Rotary. Giving back to the community he calls home is important to him. He enjoys spending time with his family, photography, atving, travel, and watching the New England Patriots.
Dr. Jonell Hopeck went to Tufts University where she graduated cum laude in Biology in 2008. She graduated with honors with her Doctor of Dental Surgery from UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, Dr. Hopeck did a three year residency in Periodontology at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. She is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
Brenda has worked for Dr. Nelson the past 11 years. She attended the Massachusetts Dental Society Program in Southboro in 2010. She loves spending time with her daughter and husband, along with her dog, Joplin and her cat Charlie. Brenda enjoys nature, yoga, family, friends, and volleyball.
Holly graduated from Forsythe Dental Center in 1977 and then from Northeastern University in 1978 with a degree in Health Science. She has worked for Dr. Nelson for 32 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jon and her sons Joel and Chad, and their many friends. She enjoys camping, kayaking, snowshoeing, skiing, reading and spending time in Maine and on Cape Cod when she is not working. Holly has enjoyed being involved with breast cancer charities.
Jill graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda with a BS. in dental hygiene in 1999. She has been working for Dr. Nelson since March 2010. She and her husband live with their 3 children, Dean, Luke, and Kate, along with a cat named Izzy. Jill enjoys volunteering at her church and children's school, reading, baking and playing the french horn.
Bubbles joined the front desk 3 years ago and primarily helps our patients' navigate their insurance plans. Bubbles has worked in the dental field for over 10 years. She battles the insurance companies to maximize our patients' insurance. When Bubbles is not working, she is living life to the fullest. She loves zip lining and sky diving. In the summer she can be found on the beach with a good book.
Laura is a licensed Dental Assistant specializing is periodontal and surgical assisting. She graduated 17 years ago from the New England Dental Assisting School in Worcester. Laura has been assisting Dr. Hopeck for several years.Laura and husband are the proud parents of twin boys. When not busy assisting she enjoys spending time with her family and horseback riding. She is also an accomplished baker. Her co-workers enjoy sampling her cupcakes and cakes.
Lissa began her dental career back in 2017 when she graduated from Porter and Chester Institute as a Registered Dental Assistant. She enjoys taking care of patients and helping them to achieve a confident and beautiful smile. When not at the office, Lissa and her fianc enjoy their time traveling and catching up with friends and family over dinner. Lissa and her fianc have a dog and cat which they love to spoil.
Wilma has worked in the dental field for 7+ years as a patient coordinator. She grew up around the local area and graduated from Clinton High School. When she is not working she spends time with her boyfriend playing video games from all different genres. When they are not playing video games, they love getting take out from there favorite local restaurant!
Ramesh graduated from Quinsigamond Community College as a Dental Hygienist in 2010. Prior to that, she worked in the dental field as a Dental Assistant for three years. Ramesh loves interacting with her patients and making a difference in their oral health by educating them on good oral hygiene habits. In her free time she love cooking, exploring the nature with her dog Rajah, and volunteering in hospice care field.
