I went in for a cleaning. Upon completion of an oral examination and x-rays, I was informed that additional cleaning (and associated additional cost of approximately $375.00) would be required to address infection found in specific areas of my gums; however, when I opted to come back at a later date for the additional cleaning I was informed that the cleaning I came in for could no longer take place. When asked why, the technician said that a regular cleaning would be of zero benefit and in addition, she could lose her license and be charged with insurance fraud for under-treating me. Of course, being told that no cleaning at all would be preferable to a standard cleaning seemed very counterintuitive. I will seek information from the appropriate licensing authority and Insurance company to verify her claims.

We have been going to Dr. Watkins for 15+ years. Always had a great experience and continue to use Dr Watkins concerning all dental work for my entire family. He is super supportive and always available for all my dental needs. I'm getting ready to get my first implant for a large molar and I know I'm being taken care of at all times. Thanks Dr. Watkins and your lovely staff for all you do!

Been going to this dentist for a few years, but need a new one now. I had always been happy with the service, though the semi-open concept office was weird. Then today, they called to reschedule the cleaning I had for this coming Monday to NEXT AUGUST. That's not a reschedule, that's ridiculous. I'm sorry, almost a year postponed? For a simple cleaning? The lady on the phone didn't even seem apologetic, she acted like this was a completely normal thing to do. My insurance doesn't cover time travel, but it does cover plenty of other dentists in the area that actually want to see their patients. Second star is only because the service was good when I could actually get in.

Love the team there AND the reminders do I don't forget. Dr Tom is the very best!!! You guys are always so accommodating and I love you DONT push me into things I don't want to do but have so many options for payments if I do. Love going to MY dentist!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Tom and the staff! The hygienist was incredible! They were accommodating with my anxiety of the dentist office. They take Delta dental PPO. Highly recommended! Ask for Dr. Tom, tell them Leah sent you!

We LOVE coming to W Dental office. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I love how they pay special attention to our children, they are very caring, attentive and have AMAZING customer service; they always introduce themselves before doing any procedures which I appreciate tremendously. We have been coming here for over 3 years and we feel so lucky to have found them thanks to a recommendation from a friend of mine. I definitely recommend them to all my friends. We are so thankful for everyone one in the office, especially the receptionist Alicia and our dental hygienists Nicole and Mary. Stop by and you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful office and staff! Always feel welcome when I come here. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I came in to get my crown recemented and they were able to work me into hygiene as well. The front desk always does an excellent job greeting me when I come in and seeing that my needs are taken care of. Thank you Dr. Swedenburg for working me in to your busy schedule!
