Doctor Kasi was very knowledgeable. She makes patients feel comfortable, and explains everything so you understand. All the people working with her and in the office were very cordial and professional. I highly recommend Doctor Kasi for any endodontic needs. Nice that she called later in the afternoon to check on how I was doing--very courteous!

EXCELLENT in every single way! Dr. Hsu has excellent bed side manner. He explains everything and cares about the patient. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Honestly the root canal was painless even after the procedure, I didn't have any pain. There was some soreness but no pain or sensitivity.

I love the Virginia Endodontic Group. Everyone from the doctors to the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They focus on patient comfort and care and shows in everything they do. They made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. They were careful to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain. What a wonderful group of caring professionals.

This was my first visit to The Virginia Endodontic Group. I had a wonderful experience. There's nothing better than a warm greeting from the Reception area to the dental chair. Everyone was so warm and caring. Absolutely a wonderful place of business!

The office was clean, has a calming atmosphere and professional. Dr. Kasi was polite, respectful, understanding, patient, and of course proffesional but not only to me but her also her assistant. She explained the process in depth before the procedure and asked if I had any questions. During the procedure she constantly checked on me by asking how I was doing and informing me on what she was doing. After the procedure she gave me some recommendations for the pain and called me later on that evening to see how I was doing. I would recommend Dr. Kasi and this office to any and everyone. If I need another procedure done I will be coming back to her.

I highly recommend Virginia Endodontic Group. The office was exceptionally clean, and the staff were all professional. Dr. Kwak was gentle, detailed in his exam ,and explained everything in detail while showing me the x-rays so that I could understand everything that is going on. I could tell he truly cares about his patients, was honest in his professional opinion and even answered my questions backed up with scientific research!! HIGHLY recommend this practice.

Excellent work. The dentist and hygienists were friendly and professional. The dentist performed my root canal quickly and well, and I had far less pain and residual soreness then other dental work I have had elsewhere. Perhaps most importantly, they were upfront about pricing and worked well with my insurance. No surprise fees so far either. Great dentist and office. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! They are good at what they do! Had a root canal done and didn't feel a thing. Staff is super friendly and the office is very clean. Definitely recommend!

The visit was excellent!!!! Both the doctor and dental assistant walked me through everything, made sure I was ok and finished up the work with no issues. Would definitely go back if another root canal was needed.

The Virginia Endodontic Group is very clean and professional . I went there for my retreatment of my root canal. I came to the office to see Dr. Kasi Archana with my face swollen and I got toothache so bad with my tooth got infected Dr. Kasi was so nice and kind. She explained to me in details how to retreated my tooth and she finally saved my tooth. I really appreciated her. She called me to follow up after my treatment and gave instructions how to took care my tooth. I felt that she is really like my family member. She is very professional. Her caring for me make my heart melt. The office also very clear with the money too. They'll give you a refund back if you over payment them. I haven't write comment very often but today I'm willing to write one because the Virginia Endodontic Group is great and trustful. Thank you Dr. Kasi and the staff.

They did an amazing job on my root canal today. The team was VERY professional and communicated all steps required to successfully perform my procedure. Overall, I had a great experience and definitely recommend this location to others!

I had to get an endodontic retreatment because my root canal from several years ago started giving me issues. This place was referred to me by my general dentist. It's a very professional and clean facility. Shout out to my endodontist, Dr. Kasi! She did an excellent job and was very professional throughout the process. She even called to checkup on me after each procedure (on her own free time) to make sure everything was ok! It's been several months, and so far, no issues with the retreated tooth! Dr. Kasi is a kind and caring endodontist. I highly recommend her!
