Dr. Von Orman is amazing at his trade. Definitely born to be a dentist. Every visit with him had been truley remarkable. Here really knows what he's doing. Very polite and had a way about him that I'd comforting. Mmt previous dentist were terrifying to me but not this man. His assistant and him work extremely well together. I enjoy watching then work. And si very quick are all my visits. I can't say enough about about their office. That's staff is there best always so polite and cheerful. It makes such an icky situation much less street a short period. Thank you Dr. Von Orman for your great five start work!!

Beautiful offices. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. You feel like you are at once at home and in the hands of experts. Highly recommended. Second thoughts: They deceived me on agreeing to remove a tooth. He said he would wait a week and if I still wanted the tooth removed he would do so. When the day came, he reneged on his word to me. He wanted to call his lawyer first. I went ballistic. He refused to honor his agreement with me and wanted to find me another dentist who would do the procedure. I told him I'd find my own dentist and walked out. A dishonorable man.

Unethical dentist who gaslights you into unnecessary fillings. How many fillings? 13. One that hurt my tooth for over a year, and now another is chipping within two years of being completed. He preys on OHP patients for his pay day. Please stop doing bad business.

Been going seeing Dr V for several years now and from Carla to the hygienists, it is the best staff around! I recently moved to Idaho and will still be seeing them for my routine cleans!

Dr.Vanorman is extremely experienced & very professional. He knows exactly what he is doing.. His assistant always makes sure you're feeling comfortable. The receptionist is as friendly as can be. All around the staff is phenomenal. There isn't a better dentist I've witnessed. I highly recommend seeing Vanorman Dental Group for your needs.

Went in for an evaluation after many years of neglecting dental work. Not only was the staff friendly and personable but the dentist himself was a pleasure. I had most of my problems addressed and referred for the other. I have never had such a good dental experience!

As a long-time patient of Dr. Van Orman (since 2002), I heartily recommend his services. Consider this: I have, over decades (I'm 72), visited a variety of dentists for assorted dental needs. And! I still have all 32 teeth! In other words, I speak as a bit of an authority of what it means to recognize Dr. Van Orman as one of the best of dentists. I measure dental services on three considerations: 1) Dental Expertise, 2) Comfort and Confidence, and 3) Staff Professionalism. Dental Expertise: Dr. Van Orman is what I would call a "fussy professional." I am amazed at his level of care to ensure my teeth are cared for as best as they can be. For example, he has placed crowns with great care, ensuring the procedure is easy and the resulting "bite" is as exact as it can be. Call him a doctor, or an engineer (dentistry is a bit of engineering feat), or an artist, details matter to him. Comfort & Confidence: Dr. Van Orman is amazing in his ability to make a procedure as pleasant as can be. For example, while a "root canal" procedure can conjure up inconvenience and pain - not so with the good doctor. Pain levels are minimal at most. I have complete confidence that when Dr. Van Orman makes a recommendation or conducts a procedure, I'm in good hands. Staff Professionalism: One of the markers of a professional office, regardless of the service, is the harmony exhibited by the office staff. They're friendly, caring, and tremendously attentive. There's a fine synergy that transpires as patients are served. Each one, in their respective roles, are exceptionally professional. In short, Dr. Van Orman has been my dentist for most of this century for a reason. The whole staff is the best! All 32 of my teeth can attest to the validity of my choice.

I've been going to Dr. Van Orman for several years. The very BEST dental assistants, hygienists, admin, and receptionists work there. They are ALL individually so warm, personable, and inviting -- I truly look forward to going just to talk to them (how often can you say you look forward to going to a dentists' office?!). Dr. Van Orman himself is fast, efficient, kind, direct, and is clearly a perfectionist which is exactly what I want in healthcare. I've also never waited more than one minute for appointments. Best dentists office, truly!

I switched over to Dr. Vanorman in early 2019. He and his staff are incredible to work with. The professionalism of himself and his staff was apparent from my very first visit. Great team and an excellent Dentist. Highly recommend him!

My family was lucky to use the services of the Van Orman dental group for many years; too many years to remember, but likely over 15 years. The service was very good when we started, but I believe it only got better over the years. Exemplary service: He left his house at midnight for an emergency extraction of a broken tooth, for which my daughter was in great pain. He even called the next day (weekend) to check up on her. Dr. Van Orman is very professional and experienced, but he also kept learning as technologies evolved. Furthermore, the staff was always great, from the front office to the assistants and hygienists, but I believe they have also gotten even better over time. We always were well-informed of costs and insurance benefits in a timely fashion, and treated fairly. I wasn't the best patient, but they always treated me with positive encouragement and patience. Unfortunately, we recently moved from Oregon and now hope we can find a dentist we can appreciate and trust as much as we did Dr. Van Orman. Since we were not personal friends outside the dental office, and are no longer in the area, we have no personal reasons for providing this review except for our appreciation of Dr. Van Orman and his staff.

I've been treated (more like cared for) by Dr. Jeff (DJ) and his amazing team for 6-7 years now. What an amazing team of wonderful, professional individuals. I'm always greeted with a friendly welcome and my comfort is always priority #1. Never have I had work done where I felt angst or let alone pain. If you are looking for a great practice to latch on to, I strongly recommend DJ and his team.

I want to write an individual review for Carla, the receptionist at Dr. Van Orman's office. I have never had a more friendly welcome to any type of medical office, nor more immediate and understanding follow up from administrative staff. I asked for emailed copies of my x-rays to add to my personal dental records and she was so great about sending them. 5 stars for Carla! The rest of my experience was fine, it was pretty run-of-the-mill dentistry. X-rays and cleaning were standard and were completed faster than I was told to expect when scheduling. The hygienist did a really thorough cleaning below my gum line, which was not something I'd ever had a hygienist intently focus on. It was unpleasant, but I appreciate good work. I anticipated that when I came in with a Groupon that I would be upsold something, since that's how that business model works, and Dr. Van Orman did want to do some touch up fillings on some "sticky spots" that were not fully developed cavities. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was overly cautious on preventative care. I did not elect to pursue that care and they were really nice about my refusal of that service. They offer 20% off of their regular fees if you don't have insurance.
