Will be finding a new dentist. The staff are polite enough but their organization is ridiculous. Been going here about a year and a half, I've been called about multiple appointments I didn't make, drove all the way down for a crown that wasn't ready yet(which they didn't bother to call about), and just got a call from them asking me to schedule my urgent deep cleaning. It's news to me I "urgently needed a deep cleaning", as my last appointment the doctor mentioned I should probably get checked to see if I need one at my next appointment. Additionally, the doctor seems surprised each time I go that I have signs of teeth grinding, so I assume they're either not looking at my charts at all or not looking at them carefully. If you just need a basic cleaning it's okay, but I wouldn't go here for much else. I can't tell if they're just careless or trying to fleece me.

First time at The Tooth Doc and it was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Took the time to talk me through everything we'd be doing and listened to any concerns I had.

Nice dental office, but I went there for extraction and nothing was done, mouth in severe pain, was given prescription for ibuprofen which I had already been taking and does nothing other than destroy liver. I'm almost positive I have an infected tooth which can be very dangerous so on the hunt for a dentist yet again

Very helpful very courteous very concerned staff. I felt they went out of their way to work with me, rescheduled me with no problems and helped me feel at ease. They are one of very few dentists in this area that work with Medicaid. Very nice staff. And smart too!! Highly recommend

This was my first time at this office. I had a good experience here. The staff was polite and friendly and they were very thorough explaining everything and walking me through my options. I think I'm in good hands.

Had generally cleaning, cavities, and crowns put in with this dentist - they're really great and I feel lucky that I literally stumbled into this place when I needed a new dentist.

Beware! Be sure to first know if they are in network or out of network. This office charges more out of pocket needs than what your insurance allows. They will advise additional treatments that your insurance does not cover to charge you more out of pocket. In every treatment they will provide a bill of out of pocket charges that your insurance does not pay for. Be sure to know your insurance coverage before your service. They numb me with 5 injections just for cleaning. It was extremely uncomfortable. While I waiting to start, the dental assistant asked did I know what I was paying out of pocket. I gave her the quote from the last service and she said that was incorrect and I would have to pay more. Needless to say, they are going to charge you more out of pocket for treatments not covered by your insurance.

So far, I've had a root canal and two fillings done at The Tooth Doc and I've been very happy with the communication and care from the dentist and dental assistant, the efficiency and kindness of the office staff, and the clean welcoming space. I already have more work scheduled to be done and would highly recommend them.

This is the best dental practice I've experienced in my 57 years. Super professional and friendly staff. Most up-to-date technology and procedures. Dentist is very concerned about patient comfort. I am so pleased with tooth extraction and implant procedure.

A long Army career took me to a lot of dentists, military and civilian. This is my favorite. Great treatment, great safety protocols.

In response to the Tooth Doc response, which I appreciate, I would only say I was not upset about the power going out. I wasn't upset about the time spent there. I was upset that you only spent 10 minutes cleaning my teeth right after I was told how dirty they were. So bad in fact they needed "a deep clean" that required I be unconscious 4 separate visits to your office. Either you were lying, or you don't care about my teeth to help me out. My insurance entitles me to a standard cleaning. If your standard is only 10 minutes, then you are failing me and other patients. That's just ridiculousl My 1 star rating will remain. Full disclosure of details....I was told I needed a sedated deep cleaning of my teeth and gums, along with an old issue of needing an extraction of a damaged front tooth and concomitant surgical repairs. They showed me that all costs $6500+. But my insurance only covers a cleaning of my teeth. So after 1 hr and 10 minutes of telling me the issues with my teeth, xrays, and doing no cleaning, I told them I'd have to come back for the extra stuff. They then spent all of just 10 minutes cleaning my teeth, which is the primary reason I was there. If my teeth were so dirty they that they really needed a deep clean, then they could've at least shown they cared about my teeth enough do a GOOD standard cleaning. I've had dozens of dental cleanings in my life. None were even half this short in length. The doc just picked at my teeth a few times, smudged some paste on them, washed it off, then told me they were done. 10 minutes tops. No flossing. No flouride swish. No thorough plaque removal. No checking sealants. No anything. I'm no dental professional. I'm not certain of the checklist of things that happen for a standard cleaning. But I can tell that was the most lackadaisical and worst cleaning I've ever gotten. AND I wasted one of my 2 allotted cleanings for the year that is included with my insurance. However, thanks for the free toothbrush and toothpaste. I'm going to need it.
