Dr. Cambridge earned a BS in Zoology with an emphasis in Human Biology from Brigham Young University. He subsequently researched cell division, vaccine development and taught microbiology, earning a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Texas at Austin.
In an effort to better serve others, and in a spirit of adventure Dr. Cambridge traveled to Maine and earned a Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of New England. He enjoys the art and science of dentistry, using research and the most modern and generally accepted practices.
Through the study of biology and dentistry Doctor Cambridge strives to help others improve their oral health through, professional dental cleanings, removal and repair of diseased tissue, and nutrition counseling. His greatest satisfaction in dentistry is to see the joy people receive when seeing their renewed smiles. Dentistry can relieve pain, build confidence, and improve enjoyment of life. Additionally, a portion of all profits is donated back to the community.
On his return to Texas, Dr. Cambridge chose to live in a small community east of Dallas with his wife and five children where he enjoys the Texas evenings, walking, cycling, and sampling good BBQ. As a youth he earned his Eagle Scout award. He has served two years as a missionary, learning the language (Spanish) and culture of the Chilean people. He currently serves with the youth of his church and seeks ways to better his community through regular charitable donations and service.

This is the most amazing dentist. I was so nervous and scared and then in talking with him he put me at ease and his assistance voice was so gentle and reassuring. This dentist hands have been blessed by his faith and as soon as I found that out as we are the same faith a ease and peace came over me he was so gentle pulled 4 teeth got my denture that day and couldn't feel any more amazing. This place just boosted my self esteem through the roof. I would highly recommend this place the staff is amazing and have all been great to me!!

I met the new Doc yesterday. He seems like a REALLY nice guy. His staff was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't make the mistake that I did. I saw the reviews and nearly didn't bother but I wanted to give Dr Nix replacement a chance. Plus he had my dental records from before. The lady that set my appointment quoted me 200 to 250 for an extraction with the xrays and everything. In the high pressure Closing room they denied their conduct and tried to force me to pay 3x as much. When I stormed out they were threatening to call the police on me with theft of services charges. Joshua you own me an apology at the VERY least. Your people should be fired.

The front office is not organized. Kept my boys home from school for an appointment got there and there was "no appointments scheduled" even though I was sent an email the day I set the appointments for forms. Second time I have been there with MANY issues and I just switched dentists. It's a hassle!
