My son went for routine cleaning and x-ray. We were told there was no co-pay before and after the visit. We didn't receive any bill or whatever after that. Somehow after 3 months, a bill came from the Super Dentists said we owned some money and asked to pay within 15 days, otherwise it will go to a Collection Agency. Called my insurance company to get the details of what are the charging items. Surprisingly to find there were items not performed during the visit. As well as D8999 (unspecified ortho procedure) costing over $300. Called the Super Dentists, I was informed that was the PPE cost. What type of PPE cost over $300 dollars for a routine check-up!!! The total cost for this routine check-up (just cleaning and x-ray) is > $800 dollars. This place is trying get as much money as possible from you and your insurance company. Luckily we cancelled another appointment. Not sure how much more it would cost for another visit. Won't come ever again. And won't recommend for anyone.

They're really kind, but parking spots are extremely small and tight. I left with various scratches on my car. Not even in a Walmart parking lot are they gonna do this. They should understand that kids don't know any better and will open doors really wide and scratch etc and make those parking spots bigger. Now I have to see how I can fix this, as happy as I am with this place I can't keep coming back to get even more scratches.

My kids loved the experience, but something with their billing is jacked up. I kept getting notifications that I owed more money after I left the dentist office and I paid it just for another notification to come through that I still owed money. I called them and they said they were waiting for the insurance to go through and I paid the bill so I could move on and find a better place that tells you exactly how much your insurance will cover and how much you will pay during the visit. Not recommended for people who use tricare, go somewhere else and save your money and time.

I was assisted by Frank in helping apply my braces and Dr.Brittany also was there. Both of them were amazing and made me feel so comfortable and informed me every step of the way what was going to be done and reassured me. They really made it a welcoming environment and would 100% recommend.

If I could give O stars I would. I have a 3 year old daughter with autism and had an 11am appointment for a teeth cleaning. We waited until 12:04 to be called. When we were finally called back no one had any clue what we were there for as her chart had not been notated from the previous visit just 2 weeks prior. They tried to tell me I needed restraints for a teeth cleaning when we had already discussed using laughing gas with the dentist. We were then told that she needed to have not eaten anything for 2 hours prior which no one told us so she had eaten. I was then told that they could still do it if I was ok with her being nauseous and vomiting afterward. I declined, who would be ok with that? This office dropped the ball in every way possible. The staff walked around chatting/gossiping with each other while we sat trying to entertain a special needs child for over an hour to ultimately receive no services. I will be filing a grievance with our insurance company and the ADA This is absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT BRING YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS HERE.

This place has a great plan... to get as much money out of people as possible. Often not completing work in a single visit so they can double charge for Laughing Gas, and charging for "behavior" even if your child is well behaved. We were quoted $7,000 for spacers! Went elsewhere and got the same "special devices" for $2,000. You will feel Nickel & Dimed at the Super Dentist. Typical corporate ran operation. Most the staff were friendly and courteous. All who like this place don't mind the up-sale and being over charged. Enjoy!

I took my 5-year-old son in for 3 fillings and a crown. They recommended using laughing gas which went over his nose. The dental assistant applied numbing cream for the crown using a mouth gag to keep his mouth open. Soon after the numbing gel was applied my son began to cry. Both the dentist and dental assistant said it was because the gel was "spicy". At that point I asked them both to walk him through what they were doing so he knows what to expect. This was his first "invasive" dental procedure and was already nervous about it. And then to have someone just open and place things in his mouth was overwhelming to say the least. I expected them to be more child-friendly and walk him through the procedure with patience and genuine care, but unfortunately that was not the case. After the request, they briefly and quickly stated what they were going to be doing. They then proceeded to inject the anesthesia to his gums. He began to cry when the dentist injected the anesthesia on the outside of the gum which was expected, but then she injected the inside of his gum and he actually screamed louder and tensed his body. I don't remember seeing them apply the numbing gel to the inside of the gum. The dentist left to allow the area to numb and my son was hysterically crying. I had to calm him down; waited for about 20 mins or more for dentist to return. I explained to my son that they would be drilling his cavities and putting on the crown. After the dentist returned, she began drilling the smaller cavities first then moved onto the bigger cavity to shave down to tooth for the crown. I noticed she shaved it down, however, in the center there was still a small brown hole left in the tooth. After that was done, the dentist and dental assistant left, and a different dental assistant came in to apply the filling and the crown. (I don't understand why they did this and why the dentist didn't just finish the procedure). During the transition my son was very upset and crying. With the new dental assistant she began to apply the white fillings, however, I noticed that my son was having a difficult time breathing and was choking from all the saliva in the back of his throat. I firmly asked her to use the suction so he could breathe, so she did. The fact that I even had to request this was ridiculous. (When I go to the dentist, there is always a suction tube in my mouth). She proceeded with the other white fillings and crown and I had to ask her again to use the suction as he was again choking and coughing on his saliva and having difficulty breathing through his nose (still had the laughing gas over his nose at this point). She was having a difficult time placing the crown so she called in the dentist to help. The dentist had to shave down the side of the tooth some more, cutting into the gums and causing even more bleeding than before. At this point, my son is kicking, crying, and trying to push them away with his arms. I ask them again to use the suction since once again he is choking on his saliva and gasping for air. The whole time they kept telling him to breathe through his nose (with the laughing gas mask on his nose). They remove the laughing mask to help him breathe and when they do mucus comes out from both nostrils. He wasn't able to breathe through his nose this whole time. At this point, I start to tire from holding his arms and legs down and agree to use the "blanket" restraint. So they end up restraining his arms, legs, body, and head. They attempt to place the crown again and were successful, however, the tooth was not cleaned and had blood on it from cutting into his gums. They haphazardly placed the varnish on his front teeth and sent us on our way. I realized they did not place the sealant, which I paid for, but they insisted they did. At this point I was just ready to take my son home. Of course, the next day I checked and they did not place the sealant. This whole experience was traumatizing for my son and for myself.... (Complete review on yelp due to character limit on google).

This was my kids first time here... and they let all 4 kiddos have the same appointment time. Makes my life easier. This place was an awesome experience for the kids. Thanks Super Dentists for making going to the dentist fun!

Seriously don't bother. I would give zero stars. Sure they have fun stuff for the kids to do but it's because you'll be waiting there at least an hour anytime you have an appointment. It's a chaotic and stressful environment. They don't give you a courtesy call when they are overbooked or running really behind. I came in on Monday morning for my appointment and rescheduled because they were so behind. They told me afternoons were slower, i came in 20 minutes prior to my appointment and I still sat there for an hour. By the time we went inside my toddler was over it, she was overstimulated. We just ended up leaving. Definitely won't be back- find yourself a calm and courteous dentist office that actually cares about your time and sanity.

Great experience with Dr. Brittany and Frank with my daughters braces. Frank was so thorough and explained as he went with my daughter. Him explaining each step helped ease her anxiety with getting braces and made her feel comfortable. He answered all our questions and was so kind. Very happy with our visit.

I'm not usually a big fan of the dentist, I cringe at the thought of even going; but Anitra made my visit so lovely! She helped me understand more about dental insurance and I couldn't be more happier with the customer service I received.
