My daughter has been seeing Dr. Sherry for a couple of years now. She had a very complicated situation and he was super nice and made her feel at ease as she underwent two surgeries. I really appreciate the time that he too to explain what would happen and how he put all our minds at ease. I would definitely recommend him.

The workers at this place are always happy, helpful and quick to work with you. Dr. Sherry himself is among the best dentists that I have ever worked within the state of Georgia. Without a doubt you will be let in the moment that your appointment starts and you will be out the moment they say so. They are easy to work with and as enjoyable as dentistry can be. They are professional, compassionate, and understand and you will feel valued and trusted as a patient. -Donna Barnett

I came here upon referral from my primary dentist for a tooth removal implant preparation. Dr. Sherry was extremely gentle with me as well as very kind and personable. The staff were all great with each interaction as well. After the actual procedure I experienced zero pain whatsoever. I was extremely nervous going in to this procedure because of prior trauma I've experienced with this particular tooth but this entire process with Dr. Sherry put me at such ease.

This review does not reflect the exemplary service that my son received from Dr. Sherry. My comments are directed towards the the front office coordinator and the billing and insurance coordinator for their poor customer service and inappropriate comments. In January 2021, my 15-year old son had surgery performed by Dr. Sherry. Prior to his surgery, I met and spoke with staff members for his pre-op and to make the required payment per our dental insurance plan. I was offered the option of making monthly payments on the balance which I did. All payments were remitted in cash and check and were made on time. The full balance was paid by December 2021. On 4 January 2022, I called The Specialty Center and spoke with the Front Office Coordinator to confirm if there was a zero balance on my son's account. She confirmed this and let me know a $100.00 credit on the account would be refunded to me by check. She stated that the check and receipt would be mailed to my residence. After speaking with her by phone, I followed up with an email to the office requesting that the check be mailed to my residence and payable to me. Later that afternoon, I received a response to my email from the Front Office Coordinator. In the message, she stated that the check would be made payable to the patient (my 15-year-old son, a minor) and that he could sign it over to me as the "guardian". My husband called the office and spoke to Jennifer Entrekin questioning why the refund would be made payable to my son when I made the payments. She denied that the Coordinator sent me the email. After speaking with my husband, I called the office requested to speak to Jennifer and read the email from the Front Office Coordinator. She stated that the Coordinator admitted that she sent the email to me. On 15 January 2022, I received the refund from my son's account payable in my name. I have included email in my review because it is insulting that the Front Office Coordinator would address me as my son's "guardian" when in fact, I am his birth mother. Also, my son is not the guarantor for our dental insurance and did not make any payments. I am unsure why Ms. Entrekin would deny to my husband that the Coordinator did not send the email when in fact she did. At some point, my son will need to see Dr. Sherry again, however, I am reconsidering due to the poor communication and dissatisfaction with certain office staff.

Dr. Sherry has a great bedside manner, is quite personal, and very experienced at his craft. My daughter had a tooth extracted and an implant put in, and both went very well.

I am still shaking from my experience here. I was recommended here by an orthodontist for an issue I was having. I went to see Dr. Sherry who was nice enough and we scheduled a minor surgery. A few days before the surgery quarantine happened; however, no one called to cancel the appointment and the office did not say closed so I assumed my appt was still on. I had to take TWO Halcion (remember this for later) 30 mins before my appt to relax my nerves. I was given this after expressing that I would have a panic attack if i was not sedated at the first appt. My mom was there as my ride (I am only 17) and we get to the office and it's closed. She calls several times before anyone picks up the phone to say that we were here. The response was "we're closed". No one had called to cancel my appt., and I had already taken the medication. Let's just say that our trip to the grocery store was a very interesting experience. A few weeks later the office calls to reschedule the appt for surgery and after a bit of screaming for negligence from my mother, we set the date for June 8th at 12:50. That day was today, and as soon as we pulled into the parking lot I knew something was going to go wrong. My mom called four times on two different numbers and no one in the office answered. Then someone notices our car from the window and calls my mom to ask if we were here. A nurse came out and asked me the standard questions before taking me back where the surgery will take place. Before entering the building I told the nurse that I did not have as much Halcion as prescribed and that would be an issue because i am prone to panic attacks in surgical settings. She says it'll be fine and goes to prep me for surgery. She gives me ONE of the Halcion pills to take, and I ask her if she knows the prescription is for two. She brushes my comment off and says she was told to give me one. A few nurses came into my room to ask me how I was feeling and I told them I was fine. Because i was fine. I know what the proper dosage of Halcion does to me because I had taken when they didn't cancel my original appt. This dosage did nothing to me. I was a little more talkative, but I was still completely in my head. I continued to warn my nurse about my panic attacks. She did not listen. Then Dr. Sherry showed up and the nurses finished prepping me for surgery. By this point I was SOBBING. I had started having one of the panic attacks that I WARNED the nurses about. No one asked me what was wrong, no one asked me if I was okay. They just shoved a bunch of devices into my mouth and started the surgery. I was hyperventilating, shaking so badly that my foot was slamming into the chair, and sobbing. At one point Dr. Sherry pulled the gadgets out of my mouth and said "I'm going to do something for you if you'll do something for me. I'm not going to hurt you, so I need you to calm down." This only made things worse. I tried to explain to him that I have a horrible panic attacks in medical situations, but he just shoved the jaw opener into my mouth and told me to stop moving my leg because it was making my head move. My panic attack got worse and worse until I was practically screaming I was crying so loud. My body was shaking so badly that Dr. Sherry grabbed my shoulder and held. me. down. Finally, the surgery ended and Dr. Sherry left the room. I was still having one of the worst panic attacks of my life and when I asked when I could go home the nurse said "when you calm down." She petted my leg and told me how she gets panic attacks too and how she understands. I was shaking partially because of the attack and partially because of how angry I was at these so called medical professionals. The nurses finally wheeled me out to my mother who was in shock at my condition. The nurse smiled and tried to act like me and her were "friends". I have never been treated so horribly by anyone. I have to wonder if Dr. Sherry likes to hold his patients down while cutting into their mouths. I cannot express enough to STAY AWAY from his practice.

What to say? Have known about Dr. Sherry's reputation for years but he and his staff have exceeded all of my expectations.i am the patient that needs gas just to get my teeth cleaned! I recently got up the nerve to make an appointment for a cleaning. I didn't realize I would actually meet Dr. Sherry. He spent time relieving my fears and explained my situation in detail. I was concerned about the expense of the procedure as well but Cameron went over my options and we got it handled. All in all, the most professional staff ever! COVID 19 has changed everything but Dr. Sherry has gone out of his way for the safety of his patients as well as his staff. A great big thanks to all!

I am a resident of South Florida and was advised by my local dentist that I needed a dental procedure. Prior to him doing this, I would also need a Periodontal Surgery to prepare my gums. I was going to be out of town for an extended time and did not want to wait for everything to be done all at once when I returned home. I thought it would be a good idea to have the oral surgery done immediately, even if it were out of state, and allow everything to heal before I returned, sounds complicated, right? My Dentist did not advise against it. Anyway, I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey Sherry and decided to have the surgery done the first week I was in Georgia. I am usually a Nervous Nelly, but everybody was extremely professional and therefore it was easier for me to relax. I remember asking Dr. Sherry why he was taking my blood pressure (because aside from my GP that had never been done before) Again, extremely professional. Everything went fine and upon leaving the office I was prescribed medications; a rinse and something for pain. I was amazed that I took only one pain tablet and needed no more after that. An hour later I was having a light lunch without any discomfort. It was like the surgery never happened. I was incredibly pleased with this experience and more importantly, when I returned home, my gums had totally healed. My local Dentist was extremely pleased as well with how Dr. Sherry anticipated what would subsequently be done and went out of his way to prepare the area to accommodate.

I have been going to Dr Sherry for years for different treatments. He is very nice and honest doctor for working on the mouth and teeth. He has improved my mouth and teeth due to that lack of care when I was younger. I can honestly say he makes the experience with no pain and very comforting. His staff is top of the line and cares. I am thankful to be under his care.

Dr. Sherry and his entire staff are extremely professional, polite, and pleasant. I needed a dental implant and knew nothing about the process. Everyone at the practice worked together as a team to make sure I understood each part of the process, and offered me numerous financial options as well. Their level of knowledge and explanation really made the process extremely easy, painless and comfortable for me. I'm grateful to my Dentist for recommending me to this exceptional practice. I am not a family member, friend or a relative of anybody at this practice, but I am definitely a fan who is willing to promote an exceptional business.

I have always had bad teeth from childhood. Been through root canals, crowns, bridge work till finally all that was left was to pull them all! So I had to decide dentures or implants? I researched and dentures were affordable and practical but were they efficient, were they for me? I am so glad I came to Dr Sherry's office!! It has been the best experience and I have always had a fear of dentist. I would do this over and over again! It's been 3 years now and since we did my all on 4s top and bottom, we did the whole procedure in one visit and like I said it was the best experience. I had virtually no down time minimal pain if any. I get so many compliments on my teeth and smile my husband says they seem to make me look younger. The staff I can not say enough good things they are Awesome, the care you receive here is above and beyond! Thank you Dr Sherry and staff
