A large percentage of our patients have some form of dental insurance and we accept assignment from most companies. Unfortunately dental insurance seldom covers the entire cost of dental treatment and you are responsible for any and all fees not covered by your insurance program. Our Financial Coordinator will work with you to understand your dental insurance and help you file for your benefits, but please remember that understanding the details, including coverage limits are ultimately your responsibility.
As a courtesy to our patients, we try to monitor everyones insurance coverage, Unfortunately with so many new regulations from the numerous insurance companies we deal with this has become a monumental task. Therefore, it is ultimately the patients responsibility to know their insurance coverage and be prepared to pay their balance in full at the time of their visit.
