This was my first visit with the dentist office. The experience was pleasant and I appreciate the covid19 precautions that they implement. I went for a cleaning and the dental hygienist did a good job.. The staff was professional and easy to work with and the office was clean with nice relaxing music playing. I would recommend someone to visit this dental office. In fact, I did that the same day of my after visit. on March 30th 2021.

Phenomenal!! If I could give The Smile Studio 10 stars, I would. I experienced amazing service before I even stepped foot in the door. This is a very busy location but they went above and beyond to accommodate me on short notice. When i arrived for my appointment, I was treated like a welcome family member. And the cleaning was THE BEST I've ever received. I just found my new dentist!!

Always a very comfortable and professional environment. Safety measures in place due to COVID-19 made me feel very safe. Facilities are always very clean and organized. Staff is always nice and professional. Would recommend The Smile Studio to anyone looking for a great dental office.

Service is prompt with check in. Always cleaning is thoroughly performed. I'm always out within an hours time. Courtesy is the bedside manner.

I always enjoy coming to this office. First of all it's all women and that makes the vibe special. Even though it's a dental office the staff does everything to do ensure your comfort. These ladies are well educated and professional and unless there is a dental emergency they are on time

I've been a patient of Dr. Thomas' for over 20 years and I am grateful for she and her staff's professionalism. Every single interaction with everyone in the office is always excellent, personal and professional. I am grateful for the way I am greeted from the moment I walk through the doors to the moment I leave. And I only see this group of professionals every 6 months! Looking for a dentist? Give this office a jingle! You won't be disappointed.

Such a warm and supportive environment. The staff smiles and make sure your comfortable. They readily address your concerns and you needs. They have all the new equipment. Everyone is highly skilled in their fields. The studio is impeccably clean , bright, spacious and modern. I have referred many of my coworkers who said they were afraid of dentists but now are patients there. If you are looking for excellent dental care, pleasant staff, clean environment, easy access with its own parking lot. The Smile Studio is your answer.

First time visiting and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff was extremely, professional and knowledgable. I got an X-Ray and my teeth cleaned - one of the best cleanings I've received. The dentist answered all questions I had, gave actual recommendations and didn't seem like she was just trying to take my money. An amazing experience from start to finish.

My elderly mother with multiple co-morbidities visited the office. Her care required special oral surgery care, which was referred by the office. The referral surgeon was excellent. The transition from the Smile Studio to the referral surgeon was smooth - they were waiting for my mother when she arrived. The care was excellent! The referral surgeon even coordinated his prescription for my mother with my mother's Kaiser insurance through the Kaiser outpatient pharmacy! Thank you Smile Studio for excellent coordination of my mother's care.

i recently moved and was looking for a new dentist, specifically a woman-led office. i've gotta say the smile studio was exactly what i was looking for and more. the staff is kind and knowledgeable and the dentists are all amazing. i had to get a cavity filling and dr. azzaa walked me through everything, even showing me the cavity and explaining each step as she went. as someone who has been scammed by dentists, this was important for me. everything was quick and painless. the entire staff is great. so happy to have found a new dentist's office.

Such a friendly group of dentists and techs!! By far the best dentist appointment I've ever had. They were kind, thorough, and had quick yet attentive service. It's also a plus that they have parking and a really nice office!! Highly recommend.

Where do I start......for me I knew what I wanted and needed was going to be large financial commitment. I took a little over a year meeting with offices though out LA and Pasadena. After meeting with 8 other offices I decided on the Smile Studio. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive. WhT ultimately influenced my decision was by the apparent leadership. It started with the front desk and staff who made me fill comfortable and welcomed. Then After meeting with Dr Thomas I knew what direction I wanted to take. Dr. Thomas was confident in her recommendations and approach which gave me a sense of ease. They worked on 7 of my teeth with the highlight being my 4 front teeth. I am so happy with the outcome!!! They have a patient for life out of me I highly recommend. I drove from Pasadena to see Dr.Thomas and her team!!

It may seem repetitive, but its true.....I have been driving from Simi valley to Los Angeles just to see Dr. Thomas and Team, and will continue to do so. I recently cracked a crown, and Dr. Thomas made me perfect again. You are treated like a Client, Not a Customer. Your consultation, treatment, and level of service is always impeccable. I thank you, again, for fixing my teeth and keeping my kids teeth smiling and perfect.
