Dr. Mrunal Parmar graduated from New York University (NYU) with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Biology before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Parmar was admitted to the highly sought-after Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Parmar has worked as a Pediatric Dentist in Northern and Central New Jersey for several years. Dr. Parmar loves working with children and is committed to provide the best dental care for his patients. He strives to create a positive, memorable and fun experience for each child. He looks forward to extending his services to the people of Park Ridge and the surrounding area.
Dr. Parmar is aBoard Certified Pediatric Dentistand a proud member of theAmerican Dental Associationand theAmerican Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is married, enjoys exercising, traveling and basketball in his spare time.

My daughter saw Dr. Parmar and Nicole yesterday and had an amazing first appointment! Dr. P and Nicole were so wonderful and patient with my daughter and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The office space is inviting and interactive for little ones. I couldn't believe they even had TVs on the ceiling for when you are laying down.

The staff was amazing!! I went alone with both of my toddlers (16 Months and 3 years) and everyone was so good to them. They really helped keep them calm and help with one while the other was in the chair with me. Overall the appointments went very well and we are SO HAPPY we chose The Smile Stop.

As always, great practice. From the minute you walk in, everyone is super nice and respectful. Minimum wait. They have games+toys in case you have to wait longer to keep the kids entertained. Always happy to have chosen this dentist office and Dr. Parmar (Dr. P) and his staff. Thank you, Paula

Smile stop is the best! They are very efficient with scheduling and the appointments. My son had his first ever dentist's appointment and the dental hygienist Nicole was AMAZING with him! She made him feel so comfortable and he actually said "that was so much fun!" At the end of the appointment. Definitely recommend to anyone with kids. TVs on the ceiling to watch during the teeth cleaning also helped keep him calm and still - genius!

The entire staff are very friendly, patient and provided pleasant experience for my 3 young children from start to finish. The hygienist and Dr. P made my children feel comfortable and took the fear of the dentist away instantly. As a mom, it was amazing to have them all come at the same time and be in and out so efficiently. Highly recommend The Smile Stop!

Today I bought my 3 year old and my 15m old to get cleanings at The Smile Stop. What a pleasant experience ! I've gone to other "pediatric" dentists and they were not even kid friendly! The smile stop had Cocomelon on, a treasure chest, and most importantly strategies to get a nervous child through a teeth cleaning! Big thank you to Nicole for her kindness and patience with my daughter! I'm so grateful I found The Smile Stop!!

We brought in our one month old baby for a second opinion to The Smile Stop, which was referred to us by our lactation specialist. We first went to ENT & Allergy place in Fair View. So grateful for the advice to get a second opinion and see Dr. Parmar! We ended up proceeding with the lasar procedure for both lip / tongue tie and so happy with the experience and service! Great place would recommend to anyone and also will continue bringing our son here going forward. Thank you, Team!
