They heard you in and out like cattle! Not a fan of one of the female doctors on many levels including bedside manner and 3 of my 4 kids do not like her either! They formed their own opinion and she is rough. Two of my children can't get in for actual treatment that they diagnosed for 10 months out!!! One of them has now ended up with a root canal due to this situation which they do NOT do them there and refer them out. Insurance does NOT pay at any place they referred us to and I have now had to shell out $2,500 for a root canal since they are unable to get them in for treatment! I'm not a happy momma! This is ridiculous that they are this far out for treatment! Not okay!!! Would give zero stars if I could.

This was our first dental experience with any of our children and they have set the bar high. Our toddler had an emergency on a weekend and they saw us within the hour being the only one open. The entire staff was welcoming and kind, and our dentist Kyle explained everything in detail. The real star was the receptionist Tamara being welcoming and happy to see us, and working with me for multiple days over the phone with an insurance issue. Bonus, we were traveling for a family emergency and I forgot our sons shoes and no one said anything about it. We were going through a lot at the time and they couldn't have made it easier.

The Smile Spot did an awesome job pulling my almost 4year olds tooth, I was so nervous because of her age and they were awesome she didn't cry until after the tooth was out and they were put the gaze in. I was expecting to have to hold her down because she doesn't do shots well she did great they did great!!!

Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Melissa listened to my son explain his discomfort and kindly adjusted to make this a great experience. He even commented at dinner that his visit had veen fun. This will definitely be where we go from now on.

This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had! I brought my 11 year old in with horrible tooth pain. Unfortunately he had to have a tooth pulled unexpectedly. He is very apprehensive about dentists but they were wonderful. From the time you enter until the time you leave you can tell you're in good hands. The nursing staff and doctors are all very nice and extremely patient. They didn't rush my child at all and made him very at ease. Everything was explained in detail and the whole process was as smooth as it could be. I would definitely recommend them!

Great dentists and care. Our dentist found an issue that we got addressed through orthodontics. Thankful it was caught early. We have been very pleased with the care. I do wish they wouldn't have the TV blaring in the waiting room. That's a personal preference. It's okay for kids to have quiet and be bored for a few mins.

Still waiting to get a cavity fixed on my daughter. Had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday in August. Showed and waited for over 30 minutes for someone to show. No one showed. Called that following Monday and was told I rescheduled for that Wednesday which I never did because I talked to no one Then went to rescheduled and couldn't get her in until December 3rd. I would have never rescheduled that Wednesday. She had just started school. I guess I'll wait and see what happens at her cleaning on November.

I have 4 kids who all go to the smile spot! Not only are they great with my kiddos, the front office staff ladies are awesome! Though I'm sure they see tons of patients, they always remember which ones belong to me! they know I'm always swamped and make sure to get us in and out quickly and make sure to remind me of our upcoming appointments no matter which kid. They understand teeth can be expensive and are great at working out what works best for you.

The staff is very polite and friendly and they're very accommodating to young children, meaning they make children feel happy and comfortable. But when they cleaned my kids mouths, they did not let them rinse AT ALL after washing with FLUORIDE. Normally I am not concerned with the treatment as it is supposed to be rinsed out. My daughter ended up throwing up from them not giving my kids a rinse! Why would they not rinse or how could they forget that part? We then waited in the dentist chairs for almost 30 mins..while my daughter was throwing up no one even checked on us or anything..I then told them she threw up and they literally chuckled didn't even ask if she was okay..my first time here was way different.I'd say this place is wonderful if you only need X-rays or a checkup but don't let them do teeth cleaning :(

If I could rate this lower I would. I went to the Smile Spot about a year ago with my mom and (at the time) 5 3/4 year old sister. We had scheduled an appointment for a Monday early in the morning so there wasn't many people. It took over an hour to get us back and when we finally did they just rushed us. I admit that the people cleaning out teeth were not as bad but they just looked at it for about a minute and did a quick cleaning. The doctor came down and had about a one min visit and left. After that one of the office lady's came back to take teeth pictures and then asked us where we had moved from and what school we were both going to. My mom told them where we were going and she started saying bad comments on the school and they way they teach there which after going for two years or so turned out to be fake. The school is great and bullying isn't a problem normally. We had just moved and making comments like that is not a good first impression. After saying as such she recommended getting full braces because my overbite was coming back (something that was treated in 5th grade.) The orthodontist wasn't even there and she just told us we would have to do another round without the orthodontist even seeing my teeth. They said he lived in Colorado and only came certain days of the year. Truth be told they were right about my overbite coming back but we didn't believe them because they had saw us basically as a money train. I would not recommend going to the Smile Spot because it is not a safe place to be and I would tell anyone not to go here if they asked for opinions.

The Smile Spot staff were friendly, kind, and professional with my son who has special needs. From initial cleaning and consultation to the surgery, each person put us at ease and explained each step thoroughly. I highly recommend The Smile Spot.

The dentist was thorough and helpful. They were very informative, very kind, and they didn't try to upsell us on unneeded extras to pad their profit. I'm very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone.

STAY AWAY. This place is dangerous. They recommend an absurd amount of unwarranted, invasive procedures for children. Our family and most people I know who have been here have left shocked that their children need 5-10 caps that will require general anesthesia at the hospital. The fact that this is one of the only Medicaid dentists in the area speaks volumes to me about their practices. They get as much money as they can from Medicaid, even if it means putting your child through unnecessary, risky procedures. Don't risk your child's health by going to Smile Spot.
