Horrible and super sketchy. I made an appointment last week and was told I would get a confirmation email, never did so called the day before and they told me I did not have an appointment scheduled and made one for the follow day. That should have been the first red flag, then I went there and there was no actual parking, I parked near a hair salon and walked. The building is disgusting and truly does look like a horror movie set. I arrived at 7:50 for an 8 am appt and no one was there. At 7;55 a nurse (I think) walked in and asked me waiting if any workers were there, then she asked for a minute to wait outside while she opened, no receptionist, no doctor. When I when went in I sat down it was so smelly inside then and she asked for my insurance which I had already emailed to them and when she was asking me other questions I knew I needed to leave, then when a midland park police officer walked in I knew it was my sign to get out. Absolutely terrifying over all experience. I don't know how this practice is open or legal.

I saw Rosenblatt for the first time yesterday because she was in my DMO and it was horrible. She was clearly trying to run up the bill with unnecessary charges including charging me $650 for whitening I didn't want or need. She refused to refund my money or even TSK ti me when I realized she was ripping me off. Unethical and unprofessional - avoid at all costs!

Very unprofessional dentist. Never kept record of previous services provided to the client. Thus, the dentist often repeated the same procedure over and over. Her main goal is to retrieve as much money as possible from both the client's packet and the client's insurance; not to provide adequate and professional services.

This Debra's office is the perfect scenario for the HORROR movie! She should be stripped of her license and never touch anybody. I never ever in my life experienced situations even close to these!!! Will be filling complaint with Attorney General. She is definitely not a normal person. Office is extremely filthy!

Great experience seen me right away and did great work. After having to see anew dentist after what this dentist did to me. The new dentist was horrified at what they did. Everything Dr. did had to undone or pulled so I paid twice as much to have teeth either fixed or pulled

Terrible experience! My insurance company set up my appointment. Thought I was coming to have a procedure done, nope! 2 hours of waiting to have them spend not even 2 minutes to confirm I needed the procedure. Never called my previous dentist for x-rays. A week later and they never sent my insurance the claim. Got nasty with insurance agent and myself trying to get resolved so I can have procedure.

I never write reviews but needed to because the receptionist was extremely rude and accusatory. There was a mix up in the scheduled time and they hung up on me.

Absolutely horrible... don't go here. My husband and I have had three total initial visits scheduled here and have yet to be seen. The first time my husband went he waited for an hour and a half and still was not seen so he left. For me, the dentist never showed up on my first appointment and they had no way of contacting him to verify if he was coming in and what time. They then proceeded to cancel the second one while I was on the way to the office because of an undisclosed "issue" that came up so they had to cancel all their patients for the day. Very unprofessional and both office locations are dirty/unkempt.

Horrible place don't ever think of going there, unprofessional staff, unprofessional doctor, rude customer service the Doctor should be stripped of her license of practicing dentistry before she hurts someone. I will be filling complaints.

Not a good experience. They made me wait for two hours and at the end I was helping the Assistence to get the X-rays done. The place wasn't clean. When I call back to reschedule my next appointment the receptionist was really nasty. Go somewhere else.
