Dr. Schwab is originally from Wilmette and is excited to return to the North Shore to be part of the community that he grew up in. He completed his undergraduate education at Indiana University Bloomington in Biology and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine Illinois. He has extensive training in all facets of dentistry including esthetic smile design, general and restorative dentistry, surgical procedures, placing and restoring implants, and occlusion/temporomandibular disorders (TMD). He believes in patient centered care and exceptional attention to details.
Outside of the office, Dr. Schwab enjoys spending time with his wife, Alexandra, his daughter, Clara, and their three rescued greyhounds. Some hobbies of his include golf, travel, and DIY home improvement projects.
Dr. Asadi received his dental degree from Northwestern University in 1999. He also completed a residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of California San Francisco in 2000. Dr. Asadis commitment to continuing dental education earned him the distinction of a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a prestigious designation earned by 6% of all dentists in the US and Canada. His advanced education includes the areas of laser dentistry, orthodontic treatment, cosmetic dentistry, temporomandibular dysfunction, and sleep-disordered breathing treatment.
Dr. Amiran completed her undergraduate education at Loyola University Chicago in Biochemistry. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Following graduation, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Florida. She is skilled at placing and restoring dental implants, periodontal surgeries, full mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Amirans commitment to continuing education earned her the distinction of a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a prestigious designation earned by 6% of all dentists in the US and Canada. Dr. Amiran believes that caring for her patients is the most important and rewarding part of her job. She approaches patient care from the perspective of the patient, emphasizing the need to make patients part of the process and making them completely comfortable. She believes that close doctor-patient communication is the benchmark for superior, high-quality care.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, cooking, and playing the piano. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Asadi, and their children, Amin and Ava.
Dr. Fisher is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Shes been working in dentistry since 2013 and has been with The Smile Group since 2014. As an associate dentist, Dr. Fisher spends her days in the office, completing thorough smile evaluations, establishing accurate diagnoses, and providing high-quality treatment with care and compassion. She loves giving patients an awesome experience. Dr. Fisher says her goal is always to offer the highest quality care while making the patient comfortable and at ease.
Dr. Fisher chose a career in dentistry because it combines the privilege of caring for people with science and art. She says she always knew shed be best suited for a profession where she could help people and science captivated her as a student. Dr. Fisher also has a love for art, especially sculpting, when she was a child. So dentistry, was the perfect career choice for her because its a combination of all these things.

The office uses some of the best, latest technology available today and has a team that genuinely cares about patients. Every person who comes to Dr. Fisher and team for dental care will have an exceptional dental experience. Dr. Fisher is compassionate, hard-working, kind, and motivated. When shes not helping patients, Dr. Fisher volunteers her time at Goldies Place, a dental clinic providing free care to the homeless population of Chicago. She also enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, gardening, and spending time with her husband, daughter, dogs, and cat.

I could not be happier with my experience with the Smile Group! Dr. Schwab and his team made us feel so welcome from the moment I made our appointments. The office is clean, in a beautiful area and the staff is incredibly friendly. My husband had some restorative work done and was so comfortable both before and after he had all of his fillings done. Whenever a friend or family member says they are looking for a dentist, I always recommend this office; if you are looking for top-tier care I suggest you pay them a visit!

I've been a patient here for more then five years with Dr Fisher she has done two crowns and major fillings replacements she was the best I also have done whitening on my teeth no complaints with any of the dental assistants or hygenists either, my appointment for checkup was set for noon the day off an hour before I got a text saying you will be seeing Dr Schwab as Dr Fisher has moved to texas so why was there no email sent way before hand advising me to see if I had other options when I told the front desk they just said yeah will let the office manager know I ended up going to my appoinment but since it was a checkup no major work was to be done Dr Schwab was very professional and friendly I will have to give him another chance see how it is when a filling etc other work has to be done I was dissapointed by the lack of communication as well now it's the day of and now you have to see Dr Schwab the only other issue ive had before was the office wanting to charge a co pay until I called my policy and they spoke to them via three way that was rhe only way they finally believed me I had the highest coverage which had no co pay dues you have to read your policy or they will definetly over charge to those who do not, so now onky Dr Schwab is the only dentist at this practice

I had two root canals done in 2018/19 and both of were failures. The first one I was convinced to redo a rootcanal I had for 6 years with a different dentist despite having absolutely no issue with it. They told me I needed to redo it and I trusted them. it lasted less than 6 months. They couldn't save my tooth so they did a bone graft for free. The second root canal I did with them the crown fell off a month afterwards. they re glued it and itfelt off again and now I will also need to remove a second tooth because of their poor material or work. The dentist who did the work on me wasn't the owner. they had some other female dentist do the work but she didn't last too long in their practice. It's quite upsetting to think about how much trust I put in them and how much money I paid just to lose two teeth.

I saw Dr Schwab today at the Smile Group dental practice in Highland Park, IL. I'm so impressed with the level of professionalism and care that this practice provides. I've had many procedures on my teeth and each one has been done perfectly. Dr Schwab really took the time to explain the procedures and executed them painlessly and with excellence. The front desk staff is second to none. The office manager Naureen and Rosa are always friendly, helpful and caring. The dental assistants Alex and Stephanie put me at ease and do their jobs so well. I can't say enough great things about The Smile Group. They are truly the best practice in the north shore.

Finally found a great dentist for our family! I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Schwab with my 10 year old daughter. She felt so comfortable with him and he was amazing with her. He took care of business and she is now cavity free! I highly recommend him to you and yours and I am super picky!! Had a hard time finding a good fit for her and our family and we finally nailed it. Highly recommend him, 5 stars all the way. Doesn't hurt that the staff is on point and welcoming. Great practice, keep up the good work!
