Left my old dental place due to the long wait and decided to give this place a try due to the good reviews left by others. Thank you Amy in the front desk for making the experience go smooth and greeting guest with a smile as soon as people walk in the door. Took my child here for teeth whitening. Staff members are very helpful. Amy the front desk lady is very polite and answered all the questions I had . Mireya, the RDA is very sweet and kind , and makes sure that as a patient you are informed and comfortable about the procedure and if any questions, she will answer them. Dr. Osinde was very professional . Great team, will come back for future dental work!

I was very excited to come to this office given all the great reviews! However, I was not satisfied. Paperwork was fast and simple to complete, but some of the questions were only half printed onto the page, so those questions were challenging to answer. The office staff was very nice, but there were no introductions so I did not get any of their names. I used the restroom, and felt it could be much cleaner. Dr. Lee was only at my beside for about 5 minutes for my cleaning. I felt Dr. Lee was speeding through the procedure, and I could feel him scratching my gums, which continued to bleed after the visit, and are now experiencing discomfort. What disappointed me the most was that he did not say goodbye to me, or follow-up at all once he finished cleaning my teeth. He just stepped out. Otherwise, they have cheap prices for their services, and they have a very vibrant lobby with colors to help feel you less anxious or worried. Once again, office staff was very nice. I just feel the customer service could overall be much better.

The best dental office around. Compassionate, Honest and Excellent! They are now accepting Medicaid and they even do braces. Incredible building to boot.
